Driver was friendly and gave plenty of notice before delivering so I could ensure I got the parcel.

Be prepared for them not to be able to carry out all the services you pay for.
Paid £35 extra for priority service to allow for time to wall mount the TV. TV could not be mounted due to risk of cables. The delivery guys reported that anyone else would have installed it for me but this company's policies would not allow it. No mention of a refund.

Asked us to carry things up
Asked us to carry things up - as if we didn't pay for the service! Also dropped the parcel when taking it up, breaking a glass table inside. It's the second time we used AIT and both times we were disappointed.

Lack of communication, late arrival, HOWEVER, a swift unload!
My delivery slot was between 13:29 & 15:29 and I was told that I would receive a call approximately an hour before delivery, which was absolutely fine!
Meanwhile I sat home with my small and “bored” energetic child who waited so patiently to go out all afternoon once the delivery had arrived.
Well the phone call didn’t happened and delivery wasn’t made untill 17:58! That, to a small child, is dinner bath and bed time!
Having a partner who works in haulage, i completely understand issues are encountered along the way. But simply recognising that you are so far behind schedual and giving customers the heads up, wouldn’t have been at all to much bother. Seeing as there were two men delivering, the drivers mate should have communicated this to customers.
And a small simple apology on arrival would have been welcomed!
That being said, the delivery men were very pleasant. They got my delivery through the door despite the awkwardness, without any damage to my property or the item and In a very swift manor.
