Good delivery driver that called to communicate how he should drop the parcel off. As I am disabled at the moment he helped with dropping the parcel off outside the flat door (three floors)

Very good delivery experience
Easy to book the delivery date I wanted, which is better than just being allocated a date. Time of delivery narrowed down to a 2 hour window the day before arrival. I didn't get a phone call to say they were on the way as communicated in the confirmation email, but they did arrive within the time that was allocated.

The delivery was good however the delivery men had to borrow tools to install as didn’t have a spanner. The installation was not completed properly as the hose for the water and ice dispenser leaked after the installation as so we were unable to use. Very disappointing as a dispenser is what we had on our previous fridge and we didn’t have the feature to use until sorted out.
I also never received a phone call to say they were on their way an hour before.
