They took my new heavy mattress to the room for me and took my old one away. Couldn’t ask for more. Really friendly too.

My order arrived really quickly and was delivered in minutes by the two guys on duty. They were efficient friendly and respected our home making the overall shopping experience pleasant.

The delivery team were prepared to do more than necessary such as unpacking and placing the mattress on the bed. We did not expect that, and think they took our advanced age onto account.
They were a credit to you and themselves.

Very disappointing delivery experience. First, the driver refused to deliver my item and called his manager about the situation. He was then complaining about there being no parking spaces in front of my house and expected me to move a parked car, even though the car wasn’t mine and I had no control over where it was parked.

I understand that finding parking can be difficult, but refusing to deliver my item and then putting the responsibility on me to move someone else’s car was completely unreasonable. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally, and the driver’s attitude was unacceptable. I would expect delivery drivers to remain polite and professional, even when parking is difficult.
After he called his manager he ended up delivering my items

I was so impressed I was informed of the whereabouts of the furniture on the way to me so I knew exactly when it would arrive. Then such pleasant and helpful gentlemen carefully carried it to the door where we took it off him. This company is so very well organised, they thought of everything.
