Guys who delivered the chair were very polite and very helpful.

The driver crashed into a telegraph pole in the street outside, and drove off. He knew he had hit it as he stopped round the corner to check the damage.
He hit the pole so hard it partially uprooted it and pulled my telephone wire off the wall.
I had to pay £135 to a handyman to reattach it to my house.

Came well packed also lifted in to kitchen and taken the rubbish away really helpful

AiT arranged the delivery at a mutually convenient time and arrived punctual. The package was unloaded and placed where we requested.

You gave me a two hour slot and then came two hours later. I was drop 19 out of 21 so not a great surprise when delivering in London. The staff when they did come were excellent.

Drivers were on time and polite. They parked their vehicle where it did not cause any trouble or damage.
They delivered the item without any problems or damage. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me.

One of the delivery men was persistently rude from the moment he stepped over the threshold. Almost theatrical in huffing and puffing at his disgust that the fridge he was delivering wasn’t going into an open plan warehouse, but yes, a house with a corridor. He further huffed and puffed a the sight of another fridge that had been paid for removal and recycling. I offered a different exit for that fridge, but despite the fridge fitting through the doorway and out through the garden, it all seemed like I had asked a stranger to help me, and not paid for a service from a company. He was rude and was clearly making comments at his disgust to the other delivery man in a different language - incidentally, the other man was polite and respectful and did not engage in the aggressive behaviour that was displayed by the first male. None of this one star review reflects upon him.

Unsurprisingly, the fridge fitted through my front door and through the dining room door to its final destination as I thought it would. The first male then demanded a step ladder. Surprised, I said I want sure where my ladder was. To which he aggressively said “if you don’t give me a ladder I can’t put the doors on”. At this point I had had enough and told the male there was no need to be rude and that he had been rude since he arrived. I wasn’t aware I needed to provide him with equipment, but if he would calm down, I would go and find him one.

I found him a ladder, so he could fit the doors. No thanks from him. Just more muttering in another language.

Once they were done, he demanded for the completion number, again, I didn’t know what he was talking about, so he gruffly said I had to go back to the link I had been sent.

I have never been so taken aback by such behaviour, and honestly, I was just so glad to see the back of him, I didn’t want to complain that the fridge had turned up with a dent on the door for fear would be resent with a replacement door. I dread to think of his response if he had to deliver to a third floor flat without a lift.

If I had been told beforehand that the delivery would require a stepladder, I would have had that ready, in the same way that I cleared my doorway, moved furniture and emptied the old fridge for removal. Although, to be fair, I don’t think my being prepared in any fashion would have made a difference, he was just rude and aggressive anyway.

He has put me off from purchasing from Samsung again, in case he delivers other products as well, and I will be telling Samsung the same too. I don’t expect to be spoken to like that in my own home, especially when I have paid specifically for extra services to ensure the installation of a new fridge.

It was easy to track my parcel and see where the driver was on his delivery schedule. I also received a phone call advising the ETA on the day.

The delivery men were so helpful

We love our new mattress but the delivery time of this product was totally unrealistic. We were drop 22 from 1 which was north of London, they gave us a time 08.45 to 10.45. - really! They ended up arriving at 15.30. We would prefer the couriers to say we haven't a clue when we are going to arrive. The little map which is supposed to indicate where the van is was next to useless. At one point it didn't move for two hours and we thought it had broken down! Also be aware that they will not take packaging away, they said we would have to pay. I don't recall anything on the company website to this effect. So product good delivery not so good.
