Completely uneventful (which is good!)
Completely uneventful, which is exactly what you want. Received emails, delivery was within the 2 hour time slot, driver phoned 30 mins before delivery, and no issues whatsoever when they delivered it. Delivery literally took 2 minutes.

Lovely delivery driver (sorry didn’t catch your name) very helpful. Friendly and approachable and also offered to put the heavy cot upstairs where it needed to be. Polite and efficient.

Persisted to get it right
They keep you informed by phone updating you when they'll arrive. They tried to install the TV on the wall but couldn't proceed as the plasterboard was not strong enough. Due to safety reasons, they reported this and the boss came the next day with different solutions to try to sort the problem. They persisted keeping in line with safety, and installed the TV on the wall. Great professional service. Thank you.
