Kept informed of delivery time including call from driver when close. Two employees were very helpful and checked where I wanted delivery left.

The staff I spoke with on the phone beforehand were lovely. Although they informed us that we'd get our confirmed delivery slot the day before, what they should have said was "after 10pm, the night before". But whatever.
However, the delivery staff were a mess.
- Kept asking whether they could go round the side/back of the house instead, despite it being blatantly obvious that there was no way around to the side/back of the house due to adjoining houses.
- Kept questioning whether the old fridge-freezer would fit through the door, despite the fact we had obviously gotten it in through the door before.
- Kept walking back and forth through the house, each time nosying around at the contents.
- While getting the fridge-freezer out, broke a personal item above a doorway due to trying to ram it through said doorway that it obviously wouldn't fit through upright.
- Despite the new fridge-freezer being smaller than the one they had just removed, insisted that they needed to remove the doors first and reinstall them inside the house (presumably to warrant the "door removal service" that was included in the price).
- Forgot to take pictures before reinstalling the doors, requiring them to remove them again before reinstalling them.
- On leaving, left some of the waste packaging in the driveway.

I unfortunately had no choice in the delivery service, but would seriously consider whether to buy from a company using this service in the future, based on this experience.

The delivery staff had to remove the doors of my fridge to fit through the door which was on the delivery notes in advance. Unfortunately they had absolutely no idea what they were doing.. they had to FaceTime someone the whole time to tell them what to do. What was majorly concerning was they were pulling at wires. This is a very expensive appliance.

They were communicating to each other in their native language which is obviously fine but nothing was relayed to me and there was zero communication or explanation as to what was going on. They told me to turn on the fridge straight away and it was beeping, came back 5 minutes later to tell me they got it wrong and I needed to turn it off right away.

I was home alone at the time of delivery and it was genuinely the most stressful and upsetting 45 minutes.

I had not heard of this company before and honestly I was worried it was a scam site. Completely wrong, it was one of the best experiences I have had with a furniture company, regular email and text updates and the gentleman Tony who delivered the mattress, phoned me 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, as promised, and he was very friendly, polite and funny. Absolutely would recommend them every time and will be ordering our guest bedroom mattress from them too.

Great experience, I was at work but I my family was home. Called me 3x to inform me of delivery I wasn’t able to answer due to being busy at work but called them back that they have delivered at home and respectful of the place and where to place my package.Also informed me of the time slot the day before delivery so I was able to make sure somebody was home.

Punctual delivery and staff went above and beyond to get it done.

Top notch delivery

I bought a mattress from an online company.

The first time was an appalling experience and the delivery drivers weren't any better!

However, I thought I'd give it a second go and the mattress was delivered by AIT.

Altogether a far better experience.

Great communication by the company on email, and the driver.. he arrived within five minutes of his estimated time.

A beautiful clean van turned up outside my property! (Always a bonus when the neighbours are watching).

Two lovely English guys, lovely pressed blue polos, cleanly shaven, polite, fabulous little banter. And they put the mattress exactly where I wanted it to go, which was up the stairs to my second floor apartments. No moaning, no sucking acid drops. Just a simple 'not a problem'.

A delivery, exactly as it used to be.
