Happy Customer
It was easy to track my parcel and see where the driver was on his delivery schedule. I also received a phone call advising the ETA on the day.

We love our new mattress but the…
We love our new mattress but the delivery time of this product was totally unrealistic. We were drop 22 from 1 which was north of London, they gave us a time 08.45 to 10.45. - really! They ended up arriving at 15.30. We would prefer the couriers to say we haven't a clue when we are going to arrive. The little map which is supposed to indicate where the van is was next to useless. At one point it didn't move for two hours and we thought it had broken down! Also be aware that they will not take packaging away, they said we would have to pay. I don't recall anything on the company website to this effect. So product good delivery not so good.

Delivery & installation of heavy treadmill
Initially I thought I would give them 5 stars. Delivered on time, removed shoes before entering the property, pleasant & helpful, but when I came to plug it in the plug had been left under a very heavy machine. Not ideal as I'm in my eighties.

Delivery was perfect. I received information on my order the day before. On the day of delivery, I was kept updated via text and email so I knew when to expect it. I also received a phone call when it was in its way. Perfect.
