They bent the plug on the new fridge and spent 20 mins trying to straighten it out and then I paid for removal of my old fridge but they left all the shelves and the big bottom draw in the garden for me to have to dispose of. I didn't pay £35 so I can have to take a run to the tip myself

Delivery was available on weekends and I was informed of my time slot I could track my parcel easily on the delivery website. My old broken unit was taken away. Driver was friendly and delivered the parcel right to my door.

Above and beyond !
Driver was extremely helpful, as the item was considerably heavy, he took the trouble to move the item to the garage, where it was more convenient for us to deal with it. Really appreciated.

The delivery was for the elderly man next door. He said they took the item directly to the desired place. They were very friendly and efficient.

Planning failures.
Nothing against the drivers at all, who were very helpful and did their best. However, the individuals who were assigned to my route on Saturday to deliver my Samsung American Fridge Freezer were not trained in installation or door removal (both included with the delivery) which resulted in the Fridge having to be abandoned in the garage and another team sent the following day.
Took a lot of effort and bartering to stop the fridge being taken away again as a failed delivery.
This was a fundamental issue with the depot and planning teams, rather than the delivery agents. As Samsung’s approved delivery agent, they should not be sending untrained individuals out on routes that require these services.
