Reassurance for older travellers.
Tracey communicated in advance and met up with us at checkin. She escorted my 86 year old Aunt through security and to the gate at PER. Definitely provided reassurance that she wouldn't be stressed in a unfamiliar environment. A worthwhile service.

Fast track services worldwide.
Simple approach and very friendly staff.
I needed to have a fast track on my arrival as this time is very busy in the airport(July is the middle of vacation and I live in resort ) and I had kind of limited time. So airssist organized everything fast and efficient. Literally in 24 hrs. And for adequate price.
They also work for individual needs and they are very flexible.
I will definitely use their services in future, especially I recommend them for transits when connection time is critical.

Booked this service for my 14 year-old daughter’s solo flight from London to Manila to meet her Dad. The company were very efficient to deal with, giving me confidence that my daughter would be well looked-after. There was a glitch in Immigration as my daughter was held for a little while...Charles, the gentlemen who met my daughter, thoughtfully contacted my daughter’s father to advise him of what was happening and in no time, had her out to meet her Dad. I’m so grateful and would definitely recommend their services!

A smooth journey at DXB Airport
Made a Meet and Greet booking for my airport journey at DXB. I had made a last minute booking. The booking process was easy and quick, with detailed information of the what the service will include.
The Greeter at the airport was courteous and friendly, helped me with the airport formalities. I had booked the porter service as an add on, which tuned out to be really helpful, as I was travelling with a lot of luggage.
Highly recommend AIRSSIST, will surely book the service for my future travels.

JFK airport arrival for meet and greet
Had a pleasant experience booking with this company. Needed a last minute arrival meet & greet service for my boss at JFK airport. It was easy to book and all the information about the services offered was very clear.
My boss was happy also with the service because the personal assistant was nice and helped him with his luggage. Thank you, I will book with you again!
