Airssisit is a 3rd party booker, as they put it "just like booking.com". They charge much more then the local providers they use & do not hold any responsibility for the actions of the providers they use nor do they offer any kind of support or protection for their customers.

I had a horrible experience with a greeter provided by Airssist in Istanbul & Assist provided no help at all. I would not recommend this service, book direct & save yourself a headache & money.

An airssist employee loaded my bag on to an airport cart & while she drove the cart my brand new Louis Vuitton bag fell off and became damaged with large scratches all over. I contacted airssist immediately & they responded by saying “ we cannot assist you further in your case of damaged item”

Airsisst does not care about you or your item. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Availed the service for my Mother In law at the Chennai International Airport. The service was confirmed but never provided on arrival. My aged MIL had to wait for long and had to handle her luggage by herself with fellow passengers help. An Irresponsible reply with a simple sorry, the greeter was busy, was provided upon following up by myself. Can’t really understand how the greeter cold be busy from providing a confirmed, pre-paid service.
Though provided with the contact details of the passenger, she was never contacted. Neither was I contacted, leaving us in a lot of mental stress and frustration leaving an aged person without help in an airport.

Got the chauffeured car and meet and greet services of Airssist for CEO in Egypt and it was done promptly, smoothly and satisfactorily! Well done and thanks to Airssist team Archie, Dan, Ian, Roque for their assistance.

Hello, I use assist for my wife every time she flies .I know that she is well looked after from the time we enter departure they meet us I leave my wife with the wonderful staff they see her throughout all the system and wait until she boards her flight.
They can not do enough for you the care they give to my wife makes flying so much better.
I can say to anyone if you stress about flying these are the best well worth the payment.

they are only a booking agent using a variety of service providers, the level of service you receive has nothing to do with them. I booked service at Delhi airport, there was no one to meet and greet. In fact this significantly delayed my process through customs rather than enhancing the experience, when I complained i was sent "confirmation" that I had been collected from a flight that arrived 5 hours before I landed and I had been transported to a domestic departure lounge for a flight I was not taking - total nonsense. whilst I was refunded the cost, the fiasco merely caused more stress to the arrival process than was necessary. It was certainly a memorable airport experience and one I have no intention of repeating.

I was recovering from shoulder surgery which meant no lifting. What with one thing and another I had forgotten to make a booking for assistance at Paris CDG. So it wasn't until I was at the gate in Amsterdam that I remembered this. Quick online search and I had the best luck in finding Airssist. I emailed them and was impressed that I had a response within minutes. A couple of quick emails in which my questions were answered, the payment was made, and I was given confirmation of my booking before the plane took off. I was met at the plane's door and the courteous young man collected my luggage, assisted me with the car hire, and placed the suitcases in the vehicle for me.
Airssist provided excellent and prompt service, from my initial inquiry to the last. I'm impressed that my booking was made so quickly and efficiently, especially given my time restraints, and the quality of service I received from the staff online and at CDG cannot be faulted. If you are considering this type of service you can be assured that Airssist will provide you with the best. Highly recommended.

We booked the service with airssist for our whole family, and we are thankful that I have made a right choice by using their website.
I travelled with a Senior Citizen and child, but airssist help me to have a hustle free journey and airport formalities not to mention that they have a team available 24/7 to answers all my questions.
The gate assigned to our flight is quite too far, in this, the buggy did a great help to make it smoother. Airssist team did not promise the buggy as this is own by the airport authorities which we understood as they have explained it to us clearly, but they ensure that our request will be put on high priority and we got it during the service.
We are amazed on their professionalism and great attention to our request.
We’re glad to used their service and we will no longer travel without airssist assistance.

Dear Team, I sent you an email asking if your greeter can take us to the lounge as part of your service at RUH Airport. To which your team emailed me and said yes. Upon your staff's confirmation we have paid extra $350 to book a lounge at RUH Airport. At the time of the service your greeter denied and refused to take the guests to the lounge that was booked. This is misleading by your team and greeter. Because of your team's wrong information we have lost $350. Your team has passed inaccurate information to lure a booking.

Very good service. Found a way to avoid me from changing my flights when using the vip terminal. Followed with me very professionally. Reliable team!

They’re super professional and kind.
I booked the service for Departure at DXB, because the airport was super crowded.
A friendly greeter was waiting for me at the airport entrance, he took my bags, escorted me through all airport procedures without having to wait on any queue, so i finished the check-in, security checks and immigration in few minutes only!
Then he helped me access the airport lounge where i enjoyed the relaxing and luxurious facilities, till the departure time, when the greeter came again to take me to the plane.
I will never travel without using your service again!

I was with my wife on our honeymoon and I made a last-minute request. I was surprised by how fast their response was and their professional team was ready to help us on arrival. Definitely recommend this for those that want fast-track through airports.
