The service provided when I arrived at Capetown airport was absolutely excellent and I was guided through passport check and all other points so fast which was a great experience too. Everything was taken over by the support and I just had to follow them, nothing else to do for me and I got out of the airport very fast not standing in any queue. Best service ever!

Peace of mind!!
We recently made use of Airssist’s assistance service at OR Tambo for my elderly dad, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly reassuring for our family. Traveling can be overwhelming, but knowing that my dad was in such capable and caring hands made all the difference.
A very special mention must go to Tumiso, who was absolutely exceptional. He was patient, kind, and attentive throughout — assisting my dad every step of the way, from arrival to check-in and beyond. His calm and respectful manner put my dad at ease immediately, and it gave us great peace of mind knowing he was being looked after so well.
This level of service goes far beyond just logistics — it’s about genuine care and human connection, and Tumiso truly embodied that.
Thank you to Airssist for such a professional and compassionate service. We will definitely be using them again.

Airssist is my go-to for VIP services because of their speed and responsiveness. A perfect example of their dedication was when they secured a VIP Terminal spot at Munich Airport for me last 12 October 2025, despite it being fully booked.
Their rates reflect the high quality of service they provide. They truly handle everything from A to Z! I don't even have to worry that I might miss anything coz they will remind you a day before of your dedicated service with complete details. Like superb service! Love you guys! Keep up the good work!

Airssist Provides Expert Airport Concierge Services
Airssist provides professional airport concierge services. We relied on Airssist to maneuver EZE — both when arriving and departing. The greeters were friendly and expertly guided us through the airport experience. We waited on no lines. I would highly recommend this company for airport concierge services. This premium service was worth the cost.

Do not use it. No service, no refund
UPD to the reply from air assist: yes, the refund can take up to 7 days to SHOW on the card, by mine take actually 7 days (5 working days) to PROCESS it. And only after I left a review here. This was the problem, as well as no-one was replying to my messages.
They accepted a service that does not exist at the airport, tool payment for it (over 1000 USD). But service was never confirmed, and when asked over WhatsApp it turned out that service at requested airport was canceled. Now it’s been over a week of me asking for a refund. I get message from agent on duty that my message is received and accounting will answer….but no answer from accounting and no refund.

As an online marketplace, airssist list the services of service providers from airports all over the world. Service description, availability, prices and inclusions can be changed from time to time, and the service provider may not update their listing on timely manner. Thus, occasionally, we are not able to confirm a service listed on our website. Of course, when that happens, we immediately notify the client, and we refund any payment made. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect back to the client credit card, as this is a process that is subject to bank processing and is beyond airssist control. Of course, all above is mentioned clearly in airssist terms and conditions, which are sent to the client for review and approval before confirming the service. Your refund has been made, and it’s already reflected in your credit card while ago. We appreciate your feedback, and we will do our best to improve our service levels, transparency and communication with our clients.

In accordance with the terms and conditions that you reviewed and accepted prior to making your reservation, cancellations that occur after the specified time frame are subject to a cancellation charge.
As an online marketplace, we work with top service providers depending on specific terms and conditions to honour the service commitments, so these terms are imposed on us from our service providers. Once a service is booked, multiple arrangements are immediately made, such as hiring a greeter and securing additional services to ensure everything is prepared for your experience. When cancellations occur in short notice, we remain responsible for covering these costs, which is why the cancellation fee is applied, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
We truly value our customers and aim to provide a positive experience. We understand your frustration and strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our processes.

San Francisco to Paris with a dog
I travelled from San Francisco to Paris with my border collie dog in the hold. The service from Airassist was awesome, from start to finish. Booking the service was easy and smooth. But most importantly, the service I received when I landed at CDG was exceptional. My greeter was very professional, very friendly and very helpful with getting my dog’s crate and my luggage from the terminal to my waiting car. I highly recommend this service.
