With no shame they quoted £410 (Public price) or special 'discount' price of £337.50
Unbelievable rip-off
Update for response from Airssist:
My apologies for getting the information wrong, I had not read your small print:
The charges I mentioned above increase by 50% if a weekend service is required, so just £504 for the 'discounted price'.
Also this fee only covers 1 person with a maximum of 2 cases. So, if you are an old couple with anything from 1 to 4 cases, the charge is then over £1,000.
Therefore double rip-off.
Sometimes, Airssist, it is better to leave reviews alone, rather than trying to bat them away with mitigation and denial, you only make things worse for yourselves. Want to double down? I have more....

Vacation starts in the Airport
This was the 2nd time I have used Air Assist and it is a must for starting your trip in a welcoming easy way!
After a total of 32 hours of travel seeing Air Assist driver with my name on the sign once I got off the plane was wonderful. He carried my luggage, guided me through the process of getting my Visa On Arrival, helped me fill out customs form on my phone so I could pass through easy and after immigration he had contacted my driver and walked me to their car.
It was SO EASY!

My wife and her sister had an amazing experience and could mange to complete all formalities seamlessly and quick . Without the service from Airssist they would have been completely lost and tired being Senior Citizens.

We are able to assist you in your VAT reclaim service in the airport but only when you book airport meet and greet service with us, as our greeter in the airport will assist you in all the formalities, including the VAT reclaim, providing it’s available. As we’re an online marketplace covering most of the airports around the world, the scope, range and availability of our services change from time to time depending on the various service providers on our platform and the airport regulations. Our company is not managing the airport, and we’re not a service provider ourselves. We have clarified this to you, and you decided not to book a service from us, as you didn’t like the scope of service and price, which is your full right for sure.

Submitted an urgent request and obtained immediate support
Submitted an urgent request on Oct 15 at 9:06am for Meet & Greet service at 10:10am (same day) at Heathrow and obtained an immediate response for assistance. By 9:50am they had been able to assign a greater to assist given very short layover between two international flights.

Due the the Luton fire, our guest had to take an alternative flight at the last minute and airssist was able to switch the service to the new arrival.

Airssisit: 3rd party booker who overcharges & holds no responsibility
Airssisit is a 3rd party booker, as they put it "just like booking.com". They charge much more then the local providers they use & do not hold any responsibility for the actions of the providers they use nor do they offer any kind of support or protection for their customers.
I had a horrible experience with a greeter provided by Airssist in Istanbul & Assist provided no help at all. I would not recommend this service, book direct & save yourself a headache & money.
