Aidens Kildare

Very disappointed with a jacket I ordered, only when I looked at tracking realised it came from China, the quality was cheap nothing like what was in the photo, rip off.

I really wish I had read reviews on this website before I ordered! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Bought jacket from them thinking they were an Irish website, jacket came 3wks later from China. Quality was terrible. They've stopped responding to my emails so I've no way of returning this jacket. Disaster from start to finish. DO NOT 🚫 buy from Aiden's Kildare, they are scam artists.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, it is a scam. Bought a coat for €99 reduced from €198, it arrived, looked nothing like the picture and a total rag, contacted them and they reverted with numerous discount offers, Told them i didn't want any discount i wanted to return the coat and get a full refund as i was well within my return time. I was given an address in China, I returned the coat at an expense of €30. 1 month later i'm still waiting for my refund, now they have stopped responding to my emails.

Do not buy from this store ... scammers

Two rags of dresses arrived totally different to what I ordered in terms of quality ... they operate a 14 day return policy to China 🙄 ... Irish law is 28 day

Offered me a 25% refund to keep the rubbish and I refused ... I'm a 60 yrs old pensioner and can ill afford to lose €77 ... Shame on them to cheating and scamming people this way ... and whoever is putting in the 5 star reviews ... must be more of the scamming staff .. A hex on you and the money ye stole from me ... you'll not have any luck for it I assure you

I bought a Cardigan from what I thought was an Irish website,as it turned out goods come from China.
I received no confirmation so I had no number.
After about 3 weeks my parcel arrived but was shocked when I saw the quality, it was actually a Rag.
I had paid 60 euro ,reduced from 90!!!
I emailed the address given and their initial response was they would let the company know of my disappointment and to ensure that this issue would not arise again.
I requested the address to return the item and the response was to offer me a refund of 10%, which following further emails increased to 30%14.95.
They did send me the address in China but the country listed on the address was United States?
I was not prepared to spend 30 on postage to the address given.
I just gave up and accepted 14.95.
Total scam,but a lesson learned.
Had to give 1 star, otherwise could not leave this review.
They deserve 0 stars.

I had to choose one star to write a review, but they deserve no stars at all. Bought a jacket, money was debited from my account but no confirmation email came which meant I had no order number. Customer service not helpful in the slightest. Three weeks later, no jacket and I am minus 60quid. SCAM

This is NOT an Irish company as it pretends to be. They would not allow me to cancel my order even within their stated policies online. Insisted on sending the order which will have to be returned at my cost. Also 3 weeks later and nothing has even shown up!

I thought I was buying from an Irish company , came from Beijing. The cardigan looks nothing like what I thought I was buying. Very very poor quality material and finish . Basically bought a rag . After reading the customer service reviews I am not gonna even yry to return. Scam all the way

This company is in China n not in Kildare. When I tried to return their inferior goods I was given an address in China with country listed as United States. When I queried this they offered me a refund of 30% with no mention of their correct address. I am still trying to get my refund despite emailing them every day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CO.

Wish I had never ordered from them. Firstly not an Irish company and secondly took 6 weeks to deliver..quality of the clothes is not good. I am looking to return the clothes.

Avoid avoid total scam items come from China. Total rags. I eventually got a return form from them. Cost me €31 to return. Nothing lodged to my account yet!!!! Total scam avoid

Thought I was buying from irish company. It's from China. My fault!! Please read reviews beforehand. Clothes poor quality. White seam stitching on black jumper.

Scam scam do not order.

Very responsive customer service, problem resolved quickly.

Total scam.I ordered a Sage green sweater.I had asumed (my own fault) that I was buying from an Irish Company but the item came from China and was a very bright 'Irish green' which was not even on the website. The quality of the sweater was terrible. When I emailed I was informed that I had received the correct order!! I have requested a 'return form' as per their guarantee but surprise surprise no response.AVOID AVOID AS THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

This is not an Irish company. I ordered a dress and the quality is shocking bad. Asked for a refund and they have sent nonsense emails back saying that returning the item is bad for the environment. Then offered 15% refund and I can keep the dress.
AVOID AVOID AVOID

Stay away, scam. I ordered a coat, nothing like the picture. Unwearable. Can only return direct to china.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Gives the impression goods are from IRL. I ordered a jacket and a rag arrived from China that did not resemble the website item in any way. Cheapest of cheap "quality" ( a term I'm using lightly) Took several e-mails to get address for returns which included offers of keeping the item and 10% refund then further offer of 30% refund before I was able to secure an address. To be avoided at all costs

Got caught with Smiths Kildare a few weeks ago. Major scam, this is identical. Definitely AVOID

Is this company is supposed to be from Kildare ? ordered something well over a week ago have not received it yet.
Looks like its coming from China.
