yes total scammers.
Bought a 'coat' that is so light and flimsy, that it's almost see through .
Is there nothing that can be done about companies like this?? I see on some Facebook posts that they keep changing their name; Smiths Kildare, O'Connor's Kildare, etc....absolute disgrace!

Absolutely disgraceful clothing for the price.. stay clear of this company

Bought an Autumn jacket which I received today, the greatest load of rubbish! Called the piper Autumn jacket, supposed to have deep pockets (It has none at all), supposed to have an adjustable belt (It has none at all) it looks cheap and shabby, is basically see-through and has a hideous hood! Supposed to be stream-lined and sophisticated.... what a laugh. Don't buy from this Co. Waiting on a reply from them.

It appeared to be an Irish website, closing down and everything half price. It looked like a valid website, 25 years experience, great customer service and returns.. I only started to suspect something, when my order didn't arrive in a few days as it was only supposed to be from Kildare.. When I tracked the parcel it was somewhere in China!!!! Now I was suspicious. My parcel finally arrived, the coats were of such poor quality, a poor resemblance of what I ordered and about 4 sizes too big!! I immediately wanted to return the items, but of course it is not straight forward. I had to give details and photos to get a return address... as I'm writng this I'm still in the process of waiting for the return address..in the meantime I have been emailed once offering a replacement item and I only have to pay 50% of the price!!!! and received a second email offering partial refund of the items and I can keep them. Both times I have refused these offers and have requested the return address as I want a full refund!! It's now December 1st and still waiting on return address!!!!

I wouldn't give any star rating if I could . Absolute rubbish no where near what I ordered (a jacket) a 2 Yr old would make a better one . It isn't even an Irish company kildare it says more fool me for not doing better research I'm normally more savy when it comes to purchasing online . Their based in China . Only that I put a dispute with PayPal I probably wouldn't have gotten a response from them to which I was offered to keep the crap jacket and get 30% off next order . I declined I will never order again from them . So be aware DO NOT order from them a total scam .

I didn't see these reviews until I had purchased.from Aidens it's a total scam. Jacket arrived + is very poor quality. When I went to return eventhough they say 30days refund. They said they could only.return 20% when jacked was returned to China not kildare. My advise do no buy from this company.

Absolute scammers never received anything no reply from customer service reported them to the gardi

Absolute trite....cheap mishapen jumper which I have no doubt will disintegrate on first wash. No customer support whatsoever, all emails unanswered and no option to return...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Poor quality, definitely not as shown. Avoid at all costs!! Wasted €80 on two tacky jumpers. Won’t be fooled again.

This company is part of several companies although they'll deny it. Aidens-London,Navy-London,Aidens-Kildare. All with misleading and similar websites.
I was notified on the 18 November that my order was on its way. After ignoring e mails I contacted Navy-London who denied they had anything to do with Aidens. Strange that as the same time received e mail from Aidens stating goods not despatched yet as busy. Asked for a refund but no answer. I've reported to the bank. It'll be like the two cheese boards I ordered from a similar company two yrs ago. Never received them yet! Look out for Aidens-Dublin as they reckon they are moving there soon. Show shop front on webpage which they have changed today omitting the London sign. Got photo shot of it anyway for evidence for bank. Reported to FB but they don't care say they won't take page down.

Items purchased are rubbish. Advertised as prime leather, they are not even a good imitation. Some products didn't even arrive yet, after more than 2 weeks. SCAM. AVOID.

No show.after reading all comments I'm a bit worried now I got scammed. It doesn't take that long coming from Kildare?

Total scam...clothes are complete rags💩 in quality and not anything like what is advertised. Well put together website but that's all that is good about it. I got a jacket that wasn't remotely like what was advertised. I'm guessing there is no such shop in Kildare as shown on their website🙄. I will be reporting to revelant authorities. I don't do reviews very often but feel people need to be informed on this occasion, I was so disappointed & annoyed after waiting weeks for delivery. The stars I would give are 5 red ones for danger😡

Terrible experience with the "company". Items took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did the quality was shocking. I had to bend over backward to try and get a returns address from them, taking photos of the items to ensure that they weren't worn blah blah blah just tactics to turn me off returning them, then they tried to give me a discount if I kept them and finally, when none of that worked I got a return address in China for them. I had to register the items which cost me €57 and then the waiting game began. After badgering them daily for 4 weeks and finally threatening legal action I received my refund! They have no connection to Kildare whatsoever all of the correspondence that I received from them was late at night. Be warned!

Just got my jumper this morning. I could tell before I even opened the plastic wrap that it was nothing like I ordered. Very different colour and poor quality. Will try to get refund but not holding out much hope. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews. Scam

This is a big scam , these people have to be stopped ! I bought two coats and I have heard nothing since , it is two weeks ago , nobody answering phone or emails . They just took my money !!! I would love to know who is putting in they 5 star reviews which is not true !!!

It's a scam website unfortunately - masking itself as an Irish company, but the product is actually coming from China and is similar to the likes of Shein - it's deliberately misleading and I wish I had done more research beforehand.
