Aidens Kildare 

Avoid Aidens-Kildare !!! Bought two items from them because their advert on facbook said they were closing down and moving to London. I felt sorry for them having to close their shop which I thought was in Kildare, Ireland. Bought a coat and jacket from them.

The first thing that u realise when they send u a tracking no is that the goods are coming from Beijing, China, not Kildare, Ireland and it takes ten days for delivery, not the usual 2 day delivery from Kildare to Cork, Ireland.
The items did arrive in ten days but they were nothing like what I was expecting. I gave the jacket to charity but the red Aviana coat, no 2296, was missing one sleeve attachment, the material was not the woolly coat I expected and the tailoring/sewing was nothing like the garments I usually wear so I decided to return the coat immeditaely, three hours after I received it.

Their return policy on their website stated 30days, and also Customers should just send for a Return Label/Form if they were unhappy with their goods. Their customer support also states that they are available to customers 7days a week.

I sent for a Return Label on Nov 8th, the day
I received the coat. I sent pics of the coat
and the missing attachment. Three days later, I got an email from Support, offering that I shoukd kedp the coat and get a 20% refund to my Paypal acc. I returned the email immediately, asking again for a Return Label, stating that I didn't want the coat and thanked them for the offer. They also suggested that I should not return the coat, for environmental reasons!!
A few emails were sent back/forth continuing to request a 'Return Label please' otherwise I would lose the 30 day returns because it takes 25 days to post from Ireland to Beiijing and also because they were not replying to my request in time....delaying tactics??

Finally, eight days later, they said they dont supply Return Labels at all and they supplied me with a Name and address that I should return the coat to. I googled what they sent me and Maps showed the 'business' in the middle of a bridge in the area they sent me!

I wrote back again, enclosing their website Support page advert re Return Forms and their 7day customer Support. I also told them why I was uncomfortable about sending the coat back to the typed address
they sent me because there was no mention of Aidens-Kildare on the return address and it was located on a bridge and, more importantly, there was no sign of this address advertised on their website.

In short:
It looks lims they are pretsnding to be in Kildare, Ireland and clozing down while in fact, they operate from Beijing.
Their Customer Support is shocking!! They delay their replies, 3 day intervals, with pretensions of trying to help you with other offers and a 20% refund (and u get to keep the coat you dont want!).
They have no ReturnLabels for customers in spite of advertising that they do. They suggest u should protect the environment by not returning unwanted items!!
They dont sign any email so u dont knowwho is looking after your problem. They just sign it Aidens.

Thank God I used Paypal!! Don't buy from this 'company'. Dreadful, frustrating experience. I'm still waiting for a Return Label!! It suits them fine if u get ur money back from Paypal because they get to keep ur well-earned money!!

I recently purchased three jumpers from Aidens Kildare, but only received two items in my order, despite being charged for three. Upon inspecting the two items that did arrive, I was shocked by the poor quality—nothing like what was advertised on their website. The jumpers were nothing short of disappointing and clearly not the high-quality items they claim to sell.

I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times requesting a return label for the two items and a refund for the missing jumper. However, I've received no response or support. To make matters worse, their return policy is extremely misleading. Their website states both 14 and 30-day return windows, which is highly contradictory and only adds to the confusion.

Overall, this experience feels like a scam. I strongly advise against shopping here unless you want to deal with poor-quality products and zero customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I am going to escalate this to issue to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland, and European Consumer Centres (ECC). Parallel, I will start a legal case to get my money back.

Would not recommend!

Avoid Aidens Kildare. This is not an Irish Company. They are scammers. I didn’t check here first unfortunately. They really should be blocked from advertising on Irish site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are scammers

Avoid at all costs, bad quality jacket, no lining and no shape, nothing like the jacket worn by the model.wroe to them for a refund no news, will follow everyday. Never again.

Wish I had done by research about this company. I ordered two jumpers from them, supposedly at a discount. It was too late when I noticed that they were coming from China and not Ireland. They duly arrived after 2 weeks. The quality appalling, no washing or size on one of them and the other stated made in China and very scratchy material. There are going to the Charity shop. Emailed them complaining twice, but no answer. Paid 80 Euros, could have done better in Penneys.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! STAY CLEAR.
Wished I had done my due diligence first and checked Trustpilot to see that this is a fake company and they are scammers.
Quality is horrendous and they are in China so you can't really return.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Do NOT buy from this company!!! They are not in Kildare, they are not anywhere in Ireland.
The "premium" knit jumper I bought in a sale at half price (I paid €44.95) is absolutely sheer rubbish!!
I only wish I'd googled this company before I purchased. I'm annoyed at myself..... but very valuable lesson learned!!

Ordered a coat contacted them on the Web site then email twice no reply that's how good they are

Just received my order after 4 weeks 🫣 Wow disappointed is an understatement there are no words for the Coat I ordered it's made from sack material I wouldn't even try it on its fit for the BIN , Discresful that this website can use an Irish company Name I should have none better 😤,

Received my order today and am hugely disappointed with the quality. Will never order from a Chinese company again -pretending to be Irish. Would find better in a charity shop for €5. Silly silly me.

This Company are to be avoided at all costs, I ordered a hoodie from them , It didn't arrive I gave my order number , they said it they didn't recognize that either.

Avoid this company, I ordered a jacket and it’s like a piece of cheap plastic rubbish. When I emailed asking for a refund (which is advertised you can have 30 days after receiving the item) they gave me some bullsh*t about carbon footprint which is terribly funny considering the website has the name of an Irish town in its name while the product is coming from the far end of china. So expensive to send back (because of course that’s your cost) that at the end you just keep it, maybe someone will be happy to find it in a charity shop for a fiver

I ordered jackets in two sizes to see which one fit better. The quality was absolutely rubbish, v cheap and flimsy. Have been trying to contact them to get a return label but no answer. These are scammers 100%

If there was 0 stars I would give it to this company. Advertised as an Irish Company, it's not .. all items come from Shein. (I've researched this). I ordered at the start of this month, still hasn't arrived. I emailed the company and no surprise I got no reply. The more places I can find to tell people that this is all a scam. I will be spreading the word..disgusted

DO NOT BUY FROMT THIS STORE.
Bought a cardigan arrived circa 2.5 weeks nothing like it was advertised. Requested a return label and was told that I couldn't return as the 14 day return period had passed. I will not be buying from this company again as said in previous reviews selling themselves as an Irish shop but obviously importing bad quality goods.
