Aidens Kildare 

If I could give this minus stars I would. Avoid at all costs. My relative purchased an item in 2024, which ended up being unsuitable. After numerous emails back and forth finally they agreed to do a partial refund. The parcel itself had to be sent to China, which cost an additional 22 euros, and was sent November 2024, the parcel was returned to us today as rejected. So not only are we out the cost of the item itself but also the postage in attempting to return. Absolute nightmare to deal with.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
I have been waiting 3 months to receive my order, which never happened. Every time I contacted the costumer service, they kept saying the order was well delivered. I am doing a complain with the relevant authorities for costumer rights.

Please do not be fooled.
This is an on-line company sending cheap clothes from China with a return policy that sees you parting with more of your money.
The clothes are sub-standard and nothing like they advertise.

Looks nothing like as falsely advertised as Aidens of Kildare.
There is no such shop. On trying to return the rubbish coat that cost €90.00 it was an additional €30.00 to return. They are co-operative e mailing, sharing the return address etc but thats as far as it goes. There is no refund. They then disappear.

This is a scam! There is no boutique in Kildare. Clothes are cheap from china. If you have to return something they don’t want to know and when they do finally reply they tell u the warehouse is in china and u have to pay the return fee which is £30 plus. Please don’t fall for this awful scam like I did

I bought a pretty dress from Aidens. It looked well in the photo, but I was rather disappointed. It's OK, but not the quality I expected, much "cheaper" looking than I expected. Seems the company are using the Kildare name to make their products look more classy than they are.

Disgraceful!! Not a luxury shop in ireland. Cheap clothes that came from China. Stay clear of this company.

I received a rag of a coat wrong colour wrong style and the cheapest of material not what I saw in the picture which pushed me to purchase it’s disgraceful I’m so disappointed please don’t be caught out with this sight it cheap tat!!!🤬

I have now discovered that this is a SCAM. People beware. I thought the beautifully advertised clothes were made in Ireland. I paid a lot of £ for a red coat and a cardigan. When they eventually came they were from China. They looked nothing like the clothes advertised in the e mail. There were no labels on the clothes. I was appalled. They were little better than Rags. I have photographs of everything!!! They are a difficult Company to deal with. I was told to return them to China at my own expense. I will Never do business with this Company.

Got this stunning blouse from their women’s collection for date night. Hubby couldn’t stop staring! It came in three days, no hassle. Now I’m eyeing their jackets because I’m officially hooked. Best purchase this month!

Went a bit crazy during their clearance sale and got three tops and a necklace for under $40. Took six days to arrive, but everything fits great. You really can’t beat the deals—they’ve got me locked in now. Honestly, best deal I’ve scored in a while.

Embarrassed I fell for this scam. Clothes are nothing like the photos. Come from China in plastic bags, really really poor quality. Stay clear of this site!!

They say their clothing is good quality, but it is not it is made in China and something you would buy in a Dollarstore. They say you can return it but you have to have a Tracking Number when shipping, a tracking number from Canada to China is $100-$200 plus the cost of the the shipping. They will NOT let you return without that tracking number which is just a fraudulent scheme because they do not want to refund your money. A tracking number is for the benefit of the sender not the receiver so much.
I just go scammed and sent my clothes back without a tracking number which they told me about the fact, and will NOT see a refund.

Complete scam, the products are very bad quality. The ‘Leather’ bags are not leather so fraudulent description. The clothes are not sized correctly. When you try to return them it is to a Chinese address even though the products I received were postmarked Portlaoise . When I requested the details for a return and refund they tried to fob me off with a discount . When I refused they increased the discount offer but didn’t provide the address or the details of the return and refund process. The cost of return is almost half the cost of the product and I see from other customer reviews that even if you send it back they put more barriers up to avoid giving you a refund. Any positive reviews I see appear to be written by the company personnel…. they refer to the great quality of the product and the packaging. The product quality is very bad and the packaging is bog standard, nothing out of the ordinary. These are obviously not genuine customer reviews. It’s appalling they are allowed to continue selling products in Ireland , posing as an Irish company. Is this an illegal operation? Do not buy anything from Aidens Kildare and warn other people not to buy from them. It’s a complete scam.

Absolute scam and should not be allowed to trade. The products look nothing like they are supposed to and are very poorly made. I asked to returned mine and they put up a fight, instead offering 15% off my next order. When they eventually agreed to me returning the items I was given an address in China to send it to. €40 to post. They then claim not to have received it, saying that they can't check if it arrived unless I have paid for tracking. Just a whole lot of hassle and money down the drain. They should not be allowed to operate. Avoid.

Advertised as an Irish brand and store. Delivery came from china. Awful quality and fit. Wish I had actually done some research.

Don’t buy from them. They are conning people. They sent me a coat that was nothing like the one they were advertising on their website. Different material, different pattern, it was like it’s made out of paper.
When I tried to return- they offered 30% voucher - no refund, and if I still insisted to return I would have to pay by myself to send it back to China . I kept emailing to explain that it is not the same coat, but they just kept offering vouchers for future purchases.
