Aidens Kildare

Total scam as others have said - avoid at all costs. After much back and forth, I've whittled them down to agreeing to a 50% refund. I'm curious, has anyone actually received a partial refund from them? Tried to get bank of Ireland to get me a charge back but they frustratingly rejected my claim!

I wouldn’t even give them one star I got sent a cheap Chinese coat didn’t fit had no shape they use fake pics on their website they are based in china avoid with all costs

This is scam. They are not base in Ireland, Kildare. I order a wine red coa.t.
It takes long time to get it. And the quality is a rug on the floor meaning rubbish. Waste of money.

Can I cancel the purchase with my bank if I just did now and is still pending? I am readyng the reviews just now after I ordered.

This is a Scam company, leading people to believe they are based in Kildare, Ireland. I foolishly ordered a coat in the "Sale" on 16th December, paid through paypal, received no reference number, tracking number etc, there no communication, I tried to contact them via email, facebook, then only realising this was a scam. Tried to get a refund from paypal, which didn't go far as its a constant tail chase. Alas my "Coat" arrived on Monday 6th. I wouldn't wear this piece of felt out to pick up my dog's dirt in the back garden! I emailed them, requesting a return/refund, they were sorry to hear I was dissapointed, they kindly offered me 10% refund and I could keep the rag. I replied, absolutely not, they then came back with an offer of 20% refund and an address in China to return said rag! So maybe I should rewrap it, in the two cheap plastic bags with no invoice (because I got none) and fork out another 50 odd euro to return!

this companies website and Facebook page portray a very irish company with quality clothing and jewellery. It is selling cheap Chinese rip offs. Do not support.

I'm not a happy customer in Galway

This is a scam. I cancelled my visa 15 mins after ordering through shop pay. They still took the money. Not sure I can be refunded now.

Purchased jumpers from Aidens Kildare in November 2024 The quality of the clothes were not as advertised. After returning the items and 22 emails did not get a refund. Luckily I had paid with Pay Pal and they got a refund for me. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing

Absolutely not a website normally i am am so vigilant but the website is so legit looking.

Be aware total scam website

Total scam that I fell for. Am embarrassed that I thought, from site they were anyway Irish and they are not in Kildare .. they are not Irish at all ...closing down sale was a lie ... Moving to London was another lie ... After receiving items...horrified...items not like the pictures on the site or the quality described... I contacted them... They eventually gave a return address in China and then customer service send automated responses repeatedly. Completely horrible experience...am chasing PayPal hoping to get my money back ...don't purchase from them ... You'd get the same or better quality products from Shein and other discount sellers. Who have a Irish return address and are honest about products

Don’t fall for it !
It looks like s genuine website, prices seem like a bargain, but is an absolute SCAM . Stop yourself buying from them.It s not a nice feeling been scammed, so beware , Aiden’s Kildare IS a fraudulent website selling counterfeit products.Fact .

Scam Scam Scam previously advertising as O’Connors Kildare got a jacket a total rag from China should of read the reviews

Total scam! Pretending to be a local irish company, but do not have an Irish address for returns so I'm unable to return the item which came from China and looks nothing like the advertised item. They keep emailing me in the night time so I don't believe they have any connection to ireland at all.

Scammers scammers scammers scammers.

TOTAL SCAM AND FAKE ADVERTISING; this is a Chinese based e-commerce "business" making it look and sound like they are in Kildare/Irish. It's my own fault for not reading the reviews but hoping no one else gets caught out. Ordered weeks ago, nothing in before Christmas and now told it will be the New Year. Joke of a service, joke is a business and avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTE SCAM THIS SHOP. IT DOESNT EXIST. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP.
It seems the minimum i can apply is one star. I wouldn't give even one. It's been 22 days since I ordered a jumper from what I thought was an outlet in Kildare Village. I've emailed several times, asking exactly where the jumper is coming from. Total run around and avoidance of questions. I'm dreading to discover what it looks like if it ever arrives. I plan to contact my bank to cancel the payment. Furious with myself for not investigating the sellers.

Awful that they say they are Itish based & people get fooled
Also state last day of sale. Should not be allowed to advertise in such a false & deceitful manner.

Agreeing with most reviews here. Avoid ordering anything from these total scammers. Complete false advertising. My only consolation is that I ordered only one sweater. Should have read reviews here before ordering......lesson learned.

I wish I had read the reviews of this site before making a purchase. I Thought I was buying from an Irish website. I was duped by their website and classy shopfront. The item was a sent from China and is very poor quality.

Paul

Please do not buy from this company. They are not an Irish company based in Kildare. The clothes I orders took 3 weeks to arrive and are completely over priced and not the same quality as stated. Avoid with all costs.
