Everything was great

I ordered a shampoo chair and sink. It is beautiful and exactly as described. A small piece of the vinyl had gotten damaged during shipping. We sent an email and a picture of the small damage, and they got back with us immediately, they were willing to send me a new item or a partial refund if I didn't want to wait on a replacement. Which they handled promptly without trouble. Will defiantly order through AGS again.

We had never ordered from AGS before but we were in need of adding 2 stations with styling chairs in our salon. We needed something that would blend with what we have so I did a Google search and found AGS. I am always hesitant to order from an unknown company, but did so anyway. I have to tell you that the order was delivered quickly, with no damage, and was easy to assemble. I believe for the price, we received an excellent price. We would definitely order from them again!

I was very happy with the quality of the product as well as pricing. They were great about answering all my questions promptly. I sent the wrong zip code for delivery and they were pros about handling it and getting it delivered as quick as possible. I highly recommend them and will order from them again in the future.

Ordering was very straight forward. Quick and easy! Received my package 3 days after ordering too. Very satisfied with my experience.

Was pleased with everything but the shipping came damage. Shampoo Bowles are very hard for some of my customers to get into, and didn't know until after installed ( had a very hard time with finding proper fittings and had to search all over for them for plumbing) Did not keep boxes and was in rush to open and return policy did not apply to my situation. Bought a $500 trolley and waited 1 month on back order and came damaged. Return policy would have cost 185 in shipping. Liked the prices was main reason for picking them. Just hard to shop on line and wish I would have seen in person before choosing some things. My shop looks stunning but not as functional as I wanted. Loved my chairs but base is not heavy and if kids stand on t bar it will fall over.

It was hard finding the combo dryers..Thank God AGS had them...

Customer service on the phone was great. They lead me right to the part we needed to purchase to fix our shampoo bowl. I selected the item and placed the order and shipping was super fast. Great service!

Everything that we have purchased for our salon has been GREAT! After about 1.5 years, our shampoo bowl unit hose cracked, so we had to order another hose from AGS and it was fast, easy and shipping time was more than acceptable. We have had tons of compliments on our shampoo bowls from AGS because they are so comfortable. In fact, we are purchasing new salon styling chairs TODAY! Thanks, AGS!

The chair is great got here before the estimated delivery date...had a question about the chair and customer service was really good on helping me outalso it was really easy to assemble!!:)......I will definitely be making further purchases from AGS Beauty!!

I bought 15 stylist chairs with different hydraulic bases and they were very helpful in regards to the different types that they offered. Delivery was fast and free!! I had one issue with a bolt and they replaced it within a few days!
