Very pleased with my experience.

The gentleman I worked with was very helpful. He helped me customize my order to my exact needs. It was delivered quickly and I would recommend them to others. I will use them again.

I bought a barber chair from AGS

My experience with AGS was mediocre at best. The chair was cool but did not sit level. It was a painful process to get them to send out new parts to correct the issue. In the end they did correct the issue. They were nice about it along the way. I may do business with them in the future.

They provided exellent customer service. I asked a lot of questions and he listened to my request and provided options for the need.

I have a wonderful experience with AGS Beauty

I purchased a chair from AGS Beauty for my son who will graduate from East Valley Institute Of Technology for Cosmetology in May 2015. The chair is beautiful. However, the screws were not included. The paper work states that I only have like 24 hours to tell them I am missing a part. I opened the package a few weeks after delivery and then realized I did not have the screws. I contacted them asap and they worked with me and they are now sending me out the screws. That is great service and I really appreciate it. Great customer service. Thank you so much.

Great delivery and quality product

We ordered new styling chairs on a Friday and they were delivered to us by the following Thursday. I was shocked how fast they got to us. The chairs were easy to put together and clients love the way they look and how comfortable they are. My only complaint is the new hydrolic pumps seem to lose pressure and need to be reset from time to time. I'm hoping it's just because they are new and that this issue will resolve itself.

I LOVE this Chair!!!!!

This chair is EXACTLY what I was looking for... My larger clients love the seat width... I'm not good with dimension and all that so to us regular folks.. My largest client wears a size 26 in Women's Clothing and she stands 5'7 fitting comfortably in the chair... My Male clients also love that they can sit comfortably as well!! The look of the chair is sophisticated and modern. Great Buy!

Very good experience

We ordered Shampoo Bowls and Chairs from AGS. Everything was exactly as described, and shipped right away. Customer service was excellent. No complaints.

Good response.

I liked AGS BEAUTY, they helped everyday, but shipping charges are way too much. Charging separately for lift hate. That was way to much.
