Great service received items fast! Second time purchasing from a AGS!

We were very satisfied with our purchase! The customer service is impeccable...anytime I have a question I can call and actually talk to a person, imagine that!!! The customer service representative even remembered my salon and my name .We will definitely be purchasing from this company again

We purchased chairs and sinks from AGS and had a great experience. Both items were delivered promptly and we love our new furniture. We would recommend this company.

My new equipment looks great but I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Also my shampoo nozzle is leaking somewhere, but we can't figure it out.

Delivered so fast, and have great customer service. Will be ordering again from them in the future

Had a small problem with one of the two "AUGUSTO" Barber Shop Chairs. Base and pump wwere bent, so chair leaned a little, but was usable. Contacted customer service and got free replacement parts in about a week. Chair is straight now.

A few down sides to chair:
1. Brown chair looks Mahogany on line, but is actually Dark Chocolate Brown.
2. Paint on arms chips really easy. Would be nice to have a small bottle of touch up paint available in parts.
3. Most important the chair is hard to lock in place. You have to push the foot lever up really hard and then let off real slow to get it to keep from turning.

Over all I'm really happy with the chairs.

Great buy! Chair was exactly what we expected. Delivery was on time. I thought there was a minor defect in one of the chairs so I called and left an email to have a new chair shipped. I received an email back almost immediately and walked through the issue with a rep. Come to find out all I needed to do was unzip a zipper and remove a price of foam that was left from manufacturing.

I ordered at stylist stool recently, which happened to be my first dealings with AGS BEAUTY. The ordering was easy. I had chosen regular shipping. I even received my stool earlier than expected. I'm extremely pleased with the whole process. AGS BEAUTY is now my only online shopping supply dealer.

The chairs are comfortable but the material is not that strong

Working with AGS for our beauty salon equipment was an easy transaction. Shipping was quick. Communication with AGS was easy with a helpful staff. Even working with the credit company's through AGS was easy. The gentlemen was a huge help, answered all my questions, & worked with my needs. The equipment all arrived with assemble required instructions even though we had one piece that didn't receive instructions, AGS was a phone call away & the gentlemen immediately emailed me the PDF. I would purchase through AGS again in the near future.

The chairs are very comfortable . I was happily surprised how cushioned they are . Clients love them . Only one problem , short people feet dangle . But over all very happy .

I ordered my mat and my order didn't go through because I listed a residential address for the free shipping. I received a call right away and the customer service rep was very helpful and went ahead and have me the free shipping anyway! I will definitely be ordering more in the future! Did a big order for a lot of stuff when opening my barbershop. Received eveything on time and nothing was missing ! Very happy with everything

My new styling are very nice. All my customers are enjoying them. Be carefull if you are a short person. These chairs sit my customers four inches higher than my old chairs. Being only 5ft.-2in I am having a very hard time working . If I would have kept the packing I would try to send them back. Saing for a new set!!!

Never agen missing hardware no directions and screws of door handles o Claire screws to put the glass on top everything, scratch never again I wish I could get my money back
