Great Products!!

We were in need of adding 4 stations with shampoo bowl chairs in our salon. We needed something that would last long so I did a Google search and found AGS beauty. I'm always hesitant to order from an online company but did so anyway. The order was delivered fastly and no damage, and it was also easy to assemble. I believe for this quality and service, we received an excellent price. We would order from them again!

I bought a stylist chair for over $400 a few months ago & so far this chair had started squeaking and the thread of one of the buttons on the seat itself is coming apart??
i called a couple months ago to see if i can switch the base as its way too high for me (I'm 5'3) and they basically did not give me any reasonable options to switch/ replace etc.!
I would never buy from this company again!
Besides that their products are not good quality, they do not stand behind their products! very disappointed!

After 10 years, I decided to renovate my equipment and bought 11 chairs at $9000 from AGS with 2 years warranty. 6 months in, the pump went bad on one of the chair. I called to inquire about replacement they give me 2 months lead time. Needless to say that I paid a local vendor to replace the pump in a couple of hours, I am not going to loose customers because I am asked to seat idle for a few months. They told me they don't pay for reimbursement.
Early march, the foot rest on a couple chairs broke and I called them to report and sent a follow up email. It took three weeks for someone to respond and they are asking me to wait at least 6-8 weeks to get replaced parts.
I am realizing their warranty is a scam. I have never seen a warranty where the customer is waiting that long to get the issue resolved. It's like a car dealer offering warranty for your brand new car and whenever you go in for a repair, they ask you to wait 2 months for the parts. Very Ridiculous

First of all their chairs do not seem to be reliable from
what I am seeing but they have the worst support ever.
Will never return there and will not recommend this company to any barbershop owner . Run away

Not impressed. Chairs come completely apart and you must put together with multi size Allen wrenches. The chairs are constantly needing tightening on the arms, foot rests, since day 1! I called about a chair doing a wobble, clients felt like they were on a boat, even sent a video. I was told to take the base apart of the faulty chair and a good chair and swap out the hydraulic and the base to figure out what part was defective. I did not do this because I was afraid to ruin 2 chairs. I am now looking for 7 new styling chairs. I will be making sure most of the product is put together for durability. It's a bit embarrassing that a client is worried about my wobbly arms. I worry that the main attachment in the back of the chair is getting worn out from constant tightening and will break as a client is entering or exiting the styling chair... then I will be left with no functioning chair! Very disappointing!

I bought quite chairs and shampoo units from them in the past few years. Really great staff love the products!

Planning on opening a bigger place next year definitely will come back!

What a great company and experience from start to finish ! The ordering process was fast, the quality of the equipment superior, shipping and packing second to none !!! I will highly recommend AGS to all salon owners !

This company is a scam, the employee that I talked to wrote down my credit card And used it and transactions went through of $3,400 because he took the full info of my card, name, and address, it is 100% them because my card got all these charges online 4 days after I gave the info and the shipping address was in their state and I live all the way in Michigan!!!!

the delivery came as promised. and on price . these 46" rose wood look stations are much superior in quality than i expected i orderd 9 and only opened 1 so far. but im sure they are equal i would deffinetly order from them again.thanks ags for quality and fast ship at a great price.

AGS is a great company to work with and they have very fast shipping. The Augusto Barber Chairs I ordered ( 3) are Fantastic. I was worried I would have trouble putting them together.. BUT to my surprise, They came all complete, I only had to put on the foot plate which took 2 minutes.. These are Beautiful chairs that are load bearing and support the weight of some over sized gentlemen with no problems. They are very comfortable and look great in my Barber Shop! Thanks AGS!

we have a situation with chairs that were bought two years ago, we needed new bases for them. Felix was a great help in advising me on which base was a better base and more stable. I wish I had this help two years ago. I would highly suggest for anyone ordering an entire salon furniture to talk to someone about quality. he actually had pictures sent to me with the new base on a chair. Thanks Felix

I recently ordered the Josh Chair and being in the industry 17 years and seeing MANY styling chairs, I am SUPER IMPRESSED. I did get the oversized base, but it was well worth the money. These chairs are AMAZING! I just ordered some more! I will definitely be back to shop with AGS!

I ordered 4 Constantine Barber Chairs from AGS. The quality is superior. Everything you see and read on their web site is true. Shipping was quick. The customer service (I dealt with Felix) was fantastic. You will not find a better price on a chair of this quality anywhere. There is some assembly required but not bad with the easy to read instructions. Benny

Products are fantastic! We were missing a booster seat and Felix offered to send out a replacement. One thing to remember when buying washing units is always check with the local plumbing jurisdiction. Just bc its UPC does not mean it will necessarily pass inspection.

Totally worth the money get these now! Don't waste time. What are you waiting for! We love love love the barber chair!

Ordering was very simple and easy. My 10 stylist chairs came much faster than expected. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that I have not put together the chairs yet (salon still under construction) so I am unable to see quality of the chairs, although I expect them to be of great quality. Absolutely would order from AGS beauty again!

I ordered 4 "CONSTANTINE" Antique Barber Chair and was greatly pleased by the products. Products received were as shown in pictures. Assembly was required but instruction are easy to understand.

I received the product and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is great and I couldn't have asked for faster shipping and delivery. Will definitely order again.
