I recently ordered 2 pieces of equipment, a cabinet roll cart and a dryer. Loved the roll cart and the dryer chair but there was an issue with the chair part of the unit. I called them and I have to tell you their customer service was excellent. I explained my concerns and they addressed them in a very timely manner. The issue has been resolved and I am very happy with my purchases. Thank you Steven for all of the help you have given me. It has been greatly appreciated!!

Arthur and the rest of the Team are amazing. We purchased 2 dozen barber chairs for 2 of our locations and they accommodated our needs and delivered promptly.

We purchased all of our salon equipment from AGS Beauty almost 2 years ago, and I can honestly say that we are really pleased at the quality of our chairs and shampoo bowls. We have a full salon, and the equipment is being used all day every day, and the materials have held up really well.

We did have the hydrolic lift go out on our chair. I contacted AGS Beauty within the 2 year warranty period, and they were really helpful to get us a new hydrolic lift. Buying our salon equipment from AGS Beauty has been a great experience.

Purchased 4 salon chairs and 2 shampoo backwash bowls, reasonable prices, I received them in about 12 days, easy assembly, haven't had any problems so far, I will make another purchase when my salon expands, thanks AGS for being a reputable company. The styling chairs are very comfortable . I was happily surprised how cushioned they are . My clients love them . Only one small problem - short people feet dangle . But over all our stylists very happy.

Great Barber Chairs! These chairs are easy to use and the stylist love them. They are not that much bigger than regular salon chairs but allow customers to lay back for a great shave. We initially did not put them together correctly and AGS was quick to help us figure out what went wrong. Now they are working great.

I have gone to AGS Beauty a total of three times and had phone contact on five separate occasions. I received excellent service each time I went in and ALL phone conversations. I am not one to shop on line, too confusing and stressful for me. The employees at this company were there to help me every step of the way. Spent months looking for the right furniture for a brand new shop. We went to their showroom in Portland, Oregon and was very happy with the quality of the goods. Delivered on time and in good shape. Our a salon is up and running and we're getting rave reviews on everything we got from AGS.

I bought 6 styling chairs from AGS Beauty in December, and they arrived exactly when I was told they would. We love these chairs, and get lots of complements on them. They are very well made, sturdy, and the price was right.

Bought 2 Augustos back when I needed to replace my aging chairs that were an eyesore in the shop. Delivery was free and timely. Not much else to say other than that the new chairs are solid.
