I ordered a cart for my salon, it came quite quickly. When I opened it to get it together I notice a dent on top. I took a picture and sent it to costumer service and they we able to refund me some of my money back due to the slight damage.

Needed to order salon equipment and was very pleased with timing of shipment and quality of product.

I bouth total of 4 Cesar barber Chairs and they are great Choice and vey Confortale and Professional make me feel what Customer deserve!😀

not very happy with the products that were sent out. the looks are the same as it shown on the web site. but the products sent out were damaged with a terrible touch up to cover the damaged finished.

I called AGS before I placed my order online to get exact dimensions and they were more than willing to give me all of the information that I needed. I received my chairs and shampoo bowl and they are exactly what I wanted. Great quality and just how I wanted them to look. I would use AGS again for sure!!!!

We purchased a Barber Chair for my husband's private barbershop a month ago. What an AWESOME chair! After much relentless searching & researching on the internet we purchased is one. We needed a modern vintage high quality barber chair. We were debating the purchase of this chair or a refurbished Koken. Most refurbished barber chairs cost between $4000-$6000. So, it boiled down to the warranty on the chair & hydrologic pump. We were ready to purchase a refurbished chair from a place Frankie's Designs. However, although the chairs they offered where great, the customer service was terrible. Which worked out for us in the end because it brought me back to the AGS site. Wouldn't you know the price on the chair we were interested in, had just dropped. We made the purchase right away! The customer service was AMAZING! They were coherent, knowledgeable & cared about your concerns. The chair arrived in 9 days. A day earlier than expected. We live in Cleveland Ohio and the chair was shipped from Portland Oregon. The day it was shipped my husband received a courtesy call from AGS that evening. They wanted his opinion on the barber chair and answered any questions he had. Doing business with AGS was a great experience. We have NO REGRETS on the choice we made in the barber chair or the company we chose. The chair was even more stunning in person! With a 1 year warranty on the chair and a 2 year warranty on the hydrologic pump. Our clients LOVE it & we do too! Thank you AGS!

Most of my experience was very pleasant except the stainless steel on my arms kept peeling off. I got in contact with Ags immediately and they sent new replacement arms very quickly, except they didn't have in stock all the arms I needed at the time. I'm steel waiting for them. I'm sure it was a manufacturing defect. It could have been a worse experience than it was. So far , so good........ Brandie Myers

I recently ordered 12 trolley stations. One was damaged in shipping and they sent another to me immediately. Very happy with the service!

My experience with AGS was great. The catalog and online photos are true to product. Their quality is amazing and they have great customer service. I knew where my order was at all times and it was delivered without any problems. I would definitely recommend this company for salon furniture purchases.

We order a Barcelona couch and 2 hooded dryer...
The couch came damaged - a 4 inch tear In the leather right on top of the arm.

Super disappointing! Also. Putting the base on this piece was very difficult.

My trolley was missing metal appliance holder insert; they sent it right out to me.
