I’m appreciative of AGS and its willingness to work through an innocent business challenge. With a newer product it was discovered it may not be a fit for certain segments. AGS worked through the scenario frustrations to seek a workable solution. Thank you for hearing me, thank you for the engaged communications, and thank you for supporting our business.

Order 2 backwash chairs from Texas and received them within 2 weeks. Love my chairs! And my clients love them too!

Opening up a new salon in a few weeks and ordered from AGS Beauty. The quality of all the items are top of the line (nice, durable and easy to assemble) I'm sure the clients will be comfortable and pleased with the atmosphere. Also the gentleman that assisted me with my order was very responsive and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend to other business owners.

My mother and I drove from Whittier CA to Portland to pick up this chair. It was a long 16 hour drive and the experience we had at this company was more than pleasant. Everyone there was so informative on their product line, conversational and really took care of us. Great experience!

Easy transaction and quick accurate delivery date as we were trying to update our barber shop with new chairs will definitely go to them with any further needs

I'm looking to update my salon, this includes 3 backwash stations, 9 stylist chairs, 2 dryer chairs and reception seating. I was starting with shampoo backwash stations and chairs. I have a complicated design space so i needed to ask many questions to get the proper fit and style. I contacted the sales department to get information on several of their shampoo backwash stations. At first the man that contacted me answered the initial questions, however, as we spoke it brought up a few new ideas for me. I asked if I could email him a photo of my space so he could tell me if anything I had in mind was a"good option" or a "No Go". Obviously, it would be my choice to decide on design....Its a big decision, that takes thought, considering I'm in another state. I figured he could offer some insight to his product to help ease my mind on the purchase, well, that is when his attitude changed and he asked me, "What would that do for me?" I was taken back for a moment. He suddenly became disinterested because, as he stated "he is not a designer!".....I was not looking for a designer!!! Just as much information as possible to make MY decision...... VERY RUDE!!! I'M MOVING ON TO A COMPANY THAT WANTS TO MAKE A SALE AND CARES ENOUGH TO HELP!!!!

I bought couple barber chairs they have the best price they help me with my questions and shipments, I got my chairs at the time they promised.

I have dealt with AGS with the purchase of shampoo bowls for our first salon. Everything was delivered on time and all expectations were met. We opened a 2nd salon and purchased more shampoo bowls and received the same excellent product and service!

I really like the customer service at AGS Beauty. We've ordered over a dozen CORIA styling carts and they are, hands down, the best in the industry for build quality and functionality and looks. They offer lots of storage space and look sharp and contemporary. Very happy.

I am pretty satisfied with the quality of the products that I just received for my shop. I was looking to remodel the whole thing, and then came across AGS Beauty. Now my whole shop is furnished from AGS! Customer service was great, and assembling the equipment was very simple. To top it off, the styling chairs look amazing. My name is Theresa Nguyen. I am the manager for Amaze Salon next to Target in Beaverton Oregon. I am local customer here so I have a chance to visit their local showroom and their warehouse. Everything is nice and trustworthy. I met up with Barry Yu, sale representative for AGS. He is very friendly, honest and equipped with good customer service.
I just recently bought the hair salon equipment with AGS Beauty including 3 chairs, 3 stations, 1 shampoo bowl and mats.
After careful consideration with other sites on the internet, I decided to choose AGS Beauty Equipment because they have nice salon equipment and they are local business. They have free shipping and easy return as well. One more bonus since they are local, I can just stop by for the parts I need to repair my equipment. Hassle free.
Plus their pricing is very affordable. As a salon manager, I know the important of supporting local business. I would recommend any salon owners to check AGS out and buy from them, especially here in Portland Metro area.

We purchased some salon equipment from them and they sent us damaged defective chairs and they refuse to fix it by not responding to our emails or calls.
It looks like only one person is working in that "CORPORATION" and now he is ignoring all our attempts to contact them/him counting on that wi'll fell of...

We're going to report about this to police and fbi so, we could get our money back...

We really regret that decided to trust that company...
