I have just received my Agende. Yes it took a little longer than I had anticipated but I'm absolutely delighted with it. Much better than I thought it would look. I bought the Navy one and it's perfect. It's got everything I need and a bit more. The mirror!! What a well thought out production. Well done Isobellorna 👏 And as you know all good things come to those who wait and this was worth the wait.

Quality product, well made and you can see the craftmanship and care the design entails. Expandable for projects I have in mind, and worth the money. Handy for my work meetings.
Speedy delivery, the website said there may be a wait due to high demand with orders, but it came within 14 days and was worth waiting for ! :)

Love love love my Agende ! It has that luxurious feel to it and has reinvigorated my sense of purpose! I did have to email their customer service peeps to amend my order ( my error ) and was dealt with speedily and politely. Definitely be buying more as presents for my envious friends !

I ordered on 22nd September and I STILL haven’t received my agenda. Since ordering, I’ve been given three different dispatch dates, none of which were accurate. The communication has been terrible, and I’ve constantly had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed.

What makes it even more frustrating is seeing other people receive their orders when I ordered so early on. And, of course, influencers seem to have received theirs — presumably because they’re able to promote and grow the brand. As a paying customer and someone who has supported the brand, that leaves a really bad taste.

There is absolutely no point marketing yourself as a luxury brand when there is nothing luxury about the customer experience. The customer service has been shocking, and being repeatedly given dispatch dates that don’t materialise has completely destroyed my trust in the brand.

At this point, I’m not even excited for my order to arrive anymore. The whole experience has been ruined.

Don’t order unless you’re an influencer, because that seems to be where the priority lies

I received my Agende today, 8 October.

Overall, it is really beautiful, it was packaged beautifully, and the quality lives up to my expectations.

There is a defect in one of the rings in the binding, although it is not something I would necessarily expect the company to have noticed before shipping it out.

I contacted the company today to find a solution to the issue, and I am currently waiting to hear back from them.

I have updated my rating to 3 stars because I believe the product itself is 5-star quality once the defect has been resolved, while the delivery experience has been 1-star.

I will update my overall rating and experience once I have heard back from their customer service regarding the defect.

I ordered on launch day, just 20 minutes after it went live, and it clearly stated that all orders would be shipped BEFORE September 22nd.

There has been no communication about the delay, no replies to emails, and comments about it on social media are being deleted.

I can see that suddenly there are a lot of 5-star reviews appearing here on Trustpilot, but for me, it has the exact opposite effect.

I’m actually even more pissed off when I see people who ordered long after me receiving their orders before I do. It makes me feel even more strongly that either they have absolutely no control over their fulfilment, or that customers are being prioritised based on who they expect will give them good publicity on social media.

For such an expensive product, the buying experience should simply be good. And it’s completely fair that problems can happen, but it’s downright arrogant to just ignore all questions about it while simultaneously continuing to push for more sales.

It really takes a huge part of the enjoyment out of it for me.

My order is supposedly finally on its way, but it’s currently stuck in the Netherlands.

And mind you, I ordered on September 2nd and today is October 6th! 🫠

I will amend my review if and when I receive the £350 product I paid for.

Unfortunately, my experience appears to be the same as many others.

I ordered on 12th September, when the Agendé was being sold on pre-order for dispatch on 22nd September. That date came and went with no dispatch, so I emailed for an update. I did receive a response, but was told my order was part of the 5th October batch — despite the fact that this was not the dispatch date advertised when I placed my order.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that on 19th September, Agendé publicly announced that the pre-orders had sold out and that the next batch would be 5th October. I had already ordered a full week earlier, on the basis of the 22nd September pre-order dispatch.

I emailed again yesterday. Still no update, no shipping information and no Agendé.

The biggest issue for me now isn’t even the delay — it’s the complete lack of communication.

Customers have paid £350 for a premium product and are simply asking for honest updates. If there is a delay, say there is a delay. If orders have been oversold, explain it. If you’re working through hundreds of orders, tell us. Anything would be better than unanswered emails while we continue to watch the product being promoted on social media and further pre-orders being taken.

What I find particularly disappointing is seeing Isobel very quickly responding publicly to comments criticising the price of Agendé, yet customers who have actually supported the launch, handed over £350 and are asking where their orders are seem to be met with silence.

I completely appreciate that this is a new product launch and that there can be teething problems. But communication is the bare minimum.

If Agendé wants to position itself within the luxury market, then the customer experience has to match the price point. Chanel, Hermès or YSL would not consider this level of communication acceptable, particularly across a large number of paying customers.

From a customer’s perspective, this currently looks like the launch has been oversold and there is no clear communication strategy for addressing the customers affected.

We have supported the brand. We have paid for our products. We aren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just honesty, communication and the product we paid for.

Very disappointed. The main reason I purchased this product was to support a young female making something for herself. And haven’t received my order despite placing it for the 5th October shipment for next day delivery. Received no communication, I have emailed and heard nothing.

Very disappointed. If I had known this is how fans are treated behind the scenes I wouldn’t have bothered.

I ordered my Agende on 10th September when the shipping date was showing as 22nd September. That date came and went with no update on my order at all. I thought maybe I had been mistaken and my ordered would be in the 5th October shipment, so i emailed to check. No response to email. Now the 5th October has passed with still no reply to my email and no sign of my Agende. The lack of communication is very frustrating especially with the price of the product. I understand the product is very much in demand but to take money and not provide the most basic of updates is disheartening and takes away from the excitement of receiving the order. Let's hope i get a response to my follow-up emails

Update: received an e-mail with an update that they are fixing the problems with the deliveries and that the orders are going to be sent out as soon as possible.

Have had the same experience as many other. Ordered on 4 of September but still no Agende.

I have contacted the company through e-mail and Instagram. But no response.

I will edit the review when the order finally arrives.

Terrible doesn’t even cover it, I ended up having to do a chargeback which funnily enough she cancelled my order immediately which means at least she reads emails but chooses to actively ignore genuine client complaints.

I ordered on launch day, was told there was an issue and mine would be shipped in september, that date came and went with no update, I chased again and was told it would be shipped 5 October which was an interesting update given the pre-pre order was being shipped this day. I queried this, and all every email and social media comment was ignored whilst the company was actively promoting the product.

I’m no consumer law expert but surely there’s some laws against that. In any event, I’d think very carefully about purchasing an Agende unless you’re an influencer as it seems she just wants to produce this and take your money to subsequently brag about how successful she is on social media.

Honestly love this!!! Ordered on launch and got it 3 days later. Quality is honestly better than Hermes and I can’t live without it!!

I placed an early order and recently received my Agende - it was worth the wait! The product itself is beautifully made and the paper inserts are great quality and thoughtfully laid out.
Love returning to paper as all the notes and apps on my phone were driving me around the twist, this has helped me feel far more organised!

I absolutely love my Agende. I ordered the set on 21 September and it arrived beautifully packaged on 26 September.

Opening all the different components felt so special; a bit like Christmas, New Year’s Day and the start of a new school year all at once! There’s something so satisfying about having everything in one place. The quality is very good and I'll definitely be saving the boxes!

It genuinely feels like such a brilliant investment in my own personal appearance.

I can’t wait to take it out to meetings. 🤍

Everyone needs to get one! Absolutely obsessed with mine, truly a game changer to stay organised and the quality of the actual product is fantastic!

UPDATE 08.10.2026:
After a rough start for the brand, Isobel and the team seem to have understood that something needed to change and they did. Communication is now much better, I’m receiving regular updates, and promises are being kept, at least for now. That’s why I’ve updated my rating to 3 stars. I’ll post another update and a product review once I’ve had more time to evaluate everything.

I also ordered the Agende for the September 22nd pre-order. And surprise, surprise, It is now October 5th and I have not recieved the Agende yet.. What is even worst there is absolut no comunication what so ever. If you write emails, contact them via social media or anything else, you will be ignored... I trusted her and the brand and I thought I would spend my hard earned money for someone who deserves it. This is too much money for such little service and no product!

I purchased my Agende on the 5th of September for the 22nd September shipment. It arrived on the 26th of September and I’m so pleased with it. The unboxing experience was amazing, I love that the Agende comes in a dust bag and the boxes are so beautiful. It’s a real luxury experience. The Agende itself is really high quality, the contrast stitching with the Tan colour is stunning and you can tell it’s been made well. I use my Agende daily, it fits so much and I love all the different pockets, card slots etc.
This would make for a beautiful gift for any occasion: birthdays, Christmas! I can’t recommend enough
