Partial refunds are apparently the only option for returns. I purchased a jacket, but the quality simply doesn’t meet my expectations or live up to the “luxe” reputation the founder promotes online. The disappointing quality is bad enough, but being offered only a partial refund adds insult to injury.

Lovely blouses - only negative is that the brown satin blouse was not well packed & very creased on arrival - have had to hang & steam creases out - rolling the blouse would have prevented this
The sheer blouse is fab with the vest top that fits underneath

Two stars for design only. I ordered the Elizabeth dress in chocolate, nice design/colour, and came in packaging that looked like it probably cost as much as the dress lol. If it's quality you are looking for this isn't the dress for you. Given the price, I was hoping for a little more to be honest but received a cheap looking dress - shiny cotton, not lined, mass produced in China. Beware, you pay shipping both ways, so for the experience I'm £12 down. Nice packaging though!

Easy ordering system, clothes are true to size and prompt delivery. Very happy all round.

I recently purchased a white Elizabeth dress which is absolutely stunning and so comfortable to wear. Being a lady of a certain age it is important to find items that you feel great in and this dress was everything I had hoped for. The dress arrived beautifully packaged and very quickly. The quality is superb: soft and easily ironed fabric but also the skirt part of the dress is lined and has pockets. Win win.
