I emailed Age Care Bathrooms to ask for advice on having a seat fitted in my shower room. No reply. Instead I am receiving unsolicited ‘newsletters’ from them for marketing purposes. My enquiry about having a seat fitted remains unanswered at least a month after I sent it. My confidence in this company has been reduced despite the good ratings and I still need a seat!

What an amazing difference Age Bathrooms have made to my life. With mobility problems I have been unable to get in and out of a bath for years, now joy oh joy I can soak in a walk in bath, with a spa feature too. I just love it. Thank you to the team who made this possible, they were great, having to work in such a small space, they were so tidy, clean and helpful I do thank them most sincerely for the job they did, and leaving everything so clean and tidy.

Before I came out of hospital from a serious Stroke,my brother contacted Age Care bathrooms to create an accessible bathroom for me in what was previously a spare room downstairs …… everyone he dealt with was polite & professional and,after a couple of site visits,the work was completed to a very high standard within 4 days …….

After a poor job by an inexperienced fitter, Age Care put it right as soon as they were able with suitable financial adjustment.

My mother had a walk-in-bath fitted in June as it had become difficult getting in and out a normal bath. Whoever we came into contact within the company were all very professional, any question was answered swiftly, an exceptionally personal service and very courteous to my mother. The work was carried out extremely efficiently, tided up afterwards, ensured we knew how it worked once work complete. We did have one query afterwards as to the mechanisms of the heat control tap which we hadn’t fully understood and Amanda, as always took time in explaining it to us. My Mother is extremely happy with her new bath, has enjoyed using it and being able to have a proper bath once more. Thank you team! We would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms .

The workmen were excellent. They tried their very best to accommodate aur need for an early start. The work is done to an excellent standard. We appreciated their cleanliness once all was completed. The bathroom in an improvement on what we had previously in every way.

I had Age Care Bathrooms do a walk in shower for my Father. From the initial contact to request a brochure to completion, we have been very impressed with the the care and quality shown.
The quotation was done on time and in a timely manner. Dealings with Amanda and Niamh at the office were excellent. The actual quote and design render was all to a high professional standard. Paul, the fitter, turned up on time and worked continuously.
There was some slight remedial work identified after, but to Age Care's credit, they responded promptly, and had arranged for someone to come out and rectify. No stars deducted for this, as appreciate some things can happen, and they did not hesitate to sort, which is another good sign of the company attitude and care towards its customers.
We're really impressed with the end result and would definitely recommend.

From the start it all seemed to be an easy and quick process. The only complaint I would make is that the quote came in without VAT, which made it seem it would be at a great price, and I had to call to get the quote including VAT. It does say that on the bottom but I thought it should have been included.

We had a wet room fitted that met all our needs. It's just we wanted gave our bathroom a touch of luxury and a great feel. The guys that fitted it were excellent, left everything clean and tidy could not fault them.

This company was highly efficient. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Toilet was only out of action a few hours. Great job by there fitter, not the easiest of jobs working on larth and plaster wall in a small space. Thank you well done!!!

We're delighted to recommend this company, which was excellent from the early planning stage to final completion of our new wet room. The office staff and all the fitters were extremely professional and helpful, and were delightful to deal with. To our surprise, the work was completed in under 5 days, and after a couple of small items which needed sorting out, we've been very pleased indeed with Age Care Bathrooms.

My Dad is delighted with his new bathroom. Having a wet room which is so much easier and safer for him to use has made such a difference to his bathing experience.
The whole process was extremely easy from the initial enquiry through design and fitting. Brian listened to all Dad’s needs and came up with a great plan. It was also a real benefit that we could see and feel the quality of the products at the initial meeting.
Lee, our fitter, was excellent. He worked so hard and kept us informed all the way through. His workmanship is second to none and he kept everything so tidy.

From start to finish ACB did a fabulous job. Their designer listened carefully and came up with a really creative solution for our small bathroom space. I needed the job done quickly so I could get dad out of hospital and they went out of their way to get things moving as fast as possible. The work was done in 3 days our fitter was meticulous, friendly and incredibly helpful. On day two he came to me with a suggested design change which was so simple but has made an immense difference. We love the wetroom it is perfect, a really high standard and beautiful finish that meets dad’s needs to perfection. I strongly recommend Age Care Bathrooms and if I could give them six stars I would.

My elderly parents recently had a bathroom/wet room fitted by Age-Care Bathrooms and I can honestly say it's amazing. It was a complete refit and my parents were initially very apprehensive about the job. The fitters worked incredibly hard and completed the job in 3 days and were very accomodating to their needs during the fitting process. They are so happy with the service and the fitters and would happily recommend Age-Care Bathrooms to anyone who is looking for suitably adapted bathroom for those who have mobility needs.

From choosing,booking and fitting of the new bathroom our experience was great. The admin staff kept us informed and the fitters were superb. Nothing was too much trouble to them and attention to detail was fantastic. They caused the minimum of disruption to us, cleaned up every night and we have been left with a superb bathroom. Even better than we expected. We could not have had a better job. we would reccommend to anyone
