From the time we first met the designer to the fonished wet room all the staff were excellent. The whole conversion to a wet room went smoothly, quickly and without a hitch.
It is now about 8 momths since the job was done and every time we use it we think how pleased we are that we used that firm

Fantastic fitting. The fitter went above and beyond his original remit. His work was quick and very professional and he involved me at every juncture so I ended up with a bathroom personalised to my specific needs.

All the stress was taken away by using age care. As everything was ordered and delivered by themselves on the day the wet room was started. It took 3/4 days to complete there was no mess everything was taken away the same day and it was all left clean.
The workman was polite and courteous he explained everything to us what he was doing and shown us how to use the shower and all fitments.
We are really pleased with our wet room it looks classy .

My wife and I love the new wet room which was installed 6weeks ago. Unfortunately it has been out of action for two of those weeks due to issues with the pump. All staff have been most helpful and have done their best to sort the issues out. If it hadn’t been for the pump we would have given a five star rating.

The planning, advice and fitting of the wet room were all excellent. This works well for both my father and the carers.
There was no upselling, just a clear explanation of what our options were. The options included the original layout we had thought of and a second layout that resolved some of the concerns we had that we couldn't work out how to fix. Both designs cost the same and were sent - the layout Age Care Bathrooms suggest works so well!
The occupational therapist remarked that she didn't have any changes to recommend for the bathroom - can't think of a better recommendation. The wet room has helped keep my father in his own home.

had a shower unit fitted, coy. said I had agreed with what was to happen, I did not. water fittings dangerously low, cannot use without catching body, unit obviously made up of standard available fittings, extractor fan next to useless, fitter had to splice into original fan, "not able to climb on roof "on a bungalow?? original toilet site moved to accommodate pump housing, again standard sizes. Light switch and fan combined to work together? Company wanted a further £5000 to !RECTIFY!

Salesman understood our needs as aging people. He assessed our needs and we have a wet room. The fitter was a pleasant man who worked to accommodate our needs. Excellent service all round. Highly rate age care

From start to finish I was very impressed by the both the depth of knowledge and the skills of the Age Care Bathroom team. Nice brochure sowed some ideas in my head. An excellent survey visit, which lasted 5 hours, facilitated the design process and enabled all of my needs to be built into the final design. The pictures of the bathroom design further helped finalise my requirements. The final stage the installation although noisy at times was completed very smoothly and surprisingly quickly. Overall it has resulted in a new wet room bathroom which surpasses all of expectations. I now find showering a pleasant experience and not a struggle.

You are made to feel not just another customer . Owen fitted my new walk-in shower in 3 days . He worked like a machine ~ thorough , polite , friendly , caring & more than just a Fitter . A great, no-fuss company. We had our old bath removed and a 'Wet Deck' installed in its place. All the necessary work was clearly explained up front and then executed within the stated time (2 days) by our installer Lee, who worked like a Trojan. The quality of the work is top-notch and we're enjoying our new 'Wet Deck'.

Age Care Bathrooms provided excellent service throughout the process of initial discussions around installation right up to completion of the bathroom (and beyond). Every time my 90 year old Dad uses the bathroom, he comments on what an excellent job the installers made of it and how easy the bathroom is for him to use. Many thanks for making his and our lives so much easier.

Both Harry the bathroom fitter and Harry the electrician worked really hard to get everything finished in a day, which they did! They also had suggestions and went over and above the brief to ensure the bathroom looked spot on. Thank you.

This was a walk in bath and shower for my elderly parents. Mum chose the bath. They arrived on the date scheduled and Scott was amazing, even helping with things way outside of his remit (like helping take picture off walls so the new equipment wouldn't damage anything). Work all completed on time and tidied. It looks great and my mum and dad love it.
