Right the company and their staff are very helpful kind respectfully as to all enquiries not judgemental straight answers. No going around the houses to give a simple answer. Having had a problem my agents went above and beyond to help me .no pressure customer service is far better than companies I have delt with .and the amount of advice they have is absolutely excellent with parts i would never have thought of excellent company
