Well i am going to update this review…
Well i am going to update this review once I have received my vehicle. So far im confused why the 14 day cancellation period is a thing when you dont even get the car for 7-10 days. Feels like a scheme to long out a process so you have no chance to have a feel for if the car is something you wanted. In my case payment was made and its been 7 days since. It is yet to have any mot. Yet to have any work done if it needs it. And yet to be valleted. Im assuming all this will make the 14 day period completely useless as I wont even see the car before then. I got the finance through zuto and they were very helpful in picking the right car and no issues on that end! Great service. Since the payment was made ive read on alot of reviews so far that there is a good amount of radio silence so in knowing that I had called them on the Friday to ask about any situation. They confirmed they received payment and that I should be receiving a call later that day to discuss when it would be ready. I never received a call. I called the next day and they told me to wait untill the weekend has passed and it should be good to go on Monday. Low and behold monday comes and its yet to even have an mot. Im not saying there a useless company as the car in the images looks great! They have been polite. Just maybe a bit of confusion between departments. Again, I will update this review once I have received my car and give a true review of how the experience has been. Hopefully before the 14 day period because I dont want to get the car. Something be wrong and then im left with a 12k debt 😅. Still very excited but also a little impatient. In all so far id say 3 stars as the service i have received so far is adequate and big help from zuto for helping get this off the ground. Will be a smashing 5 stars if I can have the car this week with no issues 🙌

Thank you for your review James. I can confirm that the 14 day cooling off period is for you to withdraw from the finance agreement and is not related to taking ownership of the car itself.
