Was approved for £16k after passing their checks. Paid a deposit on a van, then asked for proof of ID which I have only to be declined because my husband owns a holiday home and I have a bank account registered there. Why weren't these checks done initially? They led me to believe I was approved and now I've lost £150 on a deposit. Also takes over 10 minutes each time to get through to someone and their attitudes are shocking. Avoid like the plague. I am absolutely disgusted at their process and this was never clearly explained.I.will be going to the ombudsman.

I was overwhelmed with payments getting on top and Katie helped me and out my mind at ease and she was polite, helpful and understanding on my situation and feel more at ease.

Advantage is a horrible uncompassionate company with aggressive customer service. They sent me someone else's personal data in a letter and then offered £50 not to report them. They badgered me with aggressive emails and call. Don't use them if you want an easy life.

The agent i spoke to(Victoria Watts) was so helpful, i had an issue with my direct debit which she helped me with.
She was so friendly, polite and well spoken.
Do not hesitate to give them a call if you are stuck with anything, they would help no end.
Great experience.
