Met us in Colorado Springs at 8pm to get temp tanks and concentrator. When they didn't work, he returned by 10pm to replace a malfunctioning tank. The man deserves more sleep!!

He brought the nippleizer inside, set it up for me, went over the instructions with me. To make sure I understood even started the first application going for me. He was a wonderful young man. I'm 90 years old, and he was such a help and a blessing.

Gary was very helpful and understood how important this return was for my brother's mental and physical health.

Excellent! Coordination of care with hospital discharge was seamless. Technician met us for set up within an hour after arriving home. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable with oxygen tank and equipment needed. Highly recommend if you are needing at home oxygen care.

Tech was competent and friendly. Made sure we knew how to operate the home oxygen unit.

Autumn was great! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She walked me through the setup of the machine and all its features and answered all my questions.

Friendly, quick, and helpful service. Gentleman from Fletcher's me how to hookup the humidifier that he delivered for my oxygen and he took his time. He explained to me how to hook it up and he was not in a rush . He was courteous and professional.

They came and made sure my wheelchair was adequate for me .

As noted by a previous reviewer, their support is obviously an India based call center. Staff cannot speak English clearly, can't understand English and work from a script. I have spoken with 3 reps on the phone, to no avail. I am being charged a monthly charge for equipment I do not have but they can't understand the sequence of events due to the Kaiser changeover from Apria to AdaptHealth. I have asked for a supervisor each time but have been given excuses as to why none is available to talk to me. I finally sent a long letter explaining the problem, but they refused the letter and it was returned by the Post Office. They do not provide a mailing address for correspondence, only provide an address stating payments cannot be accepted at the address. They are threatening to send me to collections. I'm hoping collections will not be based in India and I will get to speak to someone who can communicate coherently. In the meantime, I need supplies and won't order until my bill can be settled. This company is not about customer service. Would give them zero stars if I could.
