Customer service was awful. My 7 year old daughter is casted from the toes to the hip. We waited 3 hours in the ER for the wheelchair that was prescribed to her just to continue to get a call that they were delayed “about another hour”. We then elected to have the wheelchair delivered to our home, for what was supposed to be the “next day” then find out they are closed on the weekends. Then I had to call customer service more than eight times in two days because I kept hearing “well. Somebody will call you back.” Finally on the last call, I got somebody who was experienced and was able to get everything cleared up. There was a monthly rental fee on my account that needed to be paid before being processed however, all previous customer service representatives did not disclose that to me. They kept telling me my order was “waiting to be scheduled for delivery”, which was not the case. There was a note on the account that the only time I was not home was between 2-3pm to pick up my kids from school and the wheelchair was scheduled for 2:15 pm. Seriously! So it took us 5 days to finally get our wheelchair so my daughter. Absolutely unacceptable.

Maria knew all the questions I was going to ask but answered all in our training session. She is wonderful. A few times I had a bit of trouble with her accent but she comforted me with perfect answers and informarion

Rita was very knowledgeable and answer the few questions I had easily. She was friendly and understanding as I was worried about how I'd be able to sleep with the device.

Alvin and Matt, helped me with my PT on 11.24.25 when I had my sciatica surgery and they were both great that I wanted to have them by my PT this time around again.

Getting a phone call through to this company was challenging to say the least. Six weeks before my scheduled surgery I finally got a representative on the phone and they said my doctor needed to fax them an order. My doctor faxed in a prescription for a hospital bed and after two weeks I tried to call Adapt to set up delivery. Several times, someone picked up the phone but didn't speak; one time I spent 5 minutes saying "Hello, is anyone there", with the line connected and no answer. Finally, I got through to someone with English language skills about equal to my Hindi language skills. I concluded that he was trying to tell me to have my doctor send a new prescription, office notes and my insurance information. He would not accept my insurance information from me. My doctor sent 33 pages of office notes, a new prescription and my insurance information. After several more unanswered phone calls I got through one week before my scheduled surgery and found out that they needed more information, but they couldn't explain exactly what information. I cancelled the order and my husband brought a bed downstairs from the spare bedroom. No one ever needs this kind of frustration, but it's extremely stressful when going through a medical crisis. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

It was an easy and enjoyable process to receive my equipment. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and sweet!!

The technician was very nice and patient when he delivered and installed my oxygen. He answered all of my questions in terms I understood

Finally got a wheelchair that's my size and then Jeff customized it for me.

We were having problems with the noise levels of our oxygen concentrator. Kayla patiently helped us find a better and much quieter oxygen concentrator so now we can get our rest and sleep better. She really knows her business and we really appreciate her expertise. Highly recommended.

My experience was short but you always learn something new. Brian was very patient and tried different outlets and cords until the green light went on and stayed on. Finally my mom can rest well again.

Jason made it easy to understand and was very helpful.

I was able to ask questions and double check that I knew how to take device apart and put it back together.

Reginald called about an hour before he arrived to make sure I was home. He also texted me when he was twenty minutes away.

I received a text stating the company needed to speak with me about equipment delivery. I called and set up an appointment for delivery or what I thought was for delivery. I waited the day of the delivery and nobody showed. I called the office and the representative said delivery actually means pickup. Delivery and pickup are very different things and if that's the case the system never provided me with an address in which to pick it up. The representative tried to make it seem as though it was my fault for the confusing verbiage. The receptionist and the technician when I went to the rescheduled appointment were wonderful and their customer service was exceptional!

They are all good and fast and the man who came was so nice and respectful of me that he made me feel like he was just talking to a friend and he was good at talking to me about the whole thing

Thoroughly explained everything I could possibly need to know about my cpap. Very friendly and welcoming.

Very on time takes you early if they can staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable
