Maryann Kittle is the best. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Finally got the right mask with he assistance and explanation. Loved that she changed two settings on the CPAP after I asked about some difficulties. Her help in explaining what the settings were doing helped in the decisions to change them. Wow!!!! What a wonderful experience.

Your prices for equipment is double what I can get it for other places. Same brand everything. You bill at one time leaving me with a bill for 3000 ish dollars at the end of every year.
Your people are impossible to deal with because they are hard to understand!
I will NOT be taken advantage of and suggest everyone check price your company.

Everything went smooth from letting your people know my oxygen unit wasn't working to the young man who was at my house in a few hours to deliver it( I have a portable unit that I was able to use in the meantime).

Adapt health is a Medicare scam. They get paid by Medicaid then bill you for those same products. When you can't pay they refuse to send your prescription products. Landing you in the hospital or worse. Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs

My delivery guy, Anthony, was great. Very polite and told me all I needed to know. Arrived right on time!

Hospital delivery

Joe phoned when 20 min away and did his work delivering a Hoyer and Hospital bed very efficiently and quickly, setting up the bed and showing us how to operate it. He did not quite understand my directions as to where he should come for the delivery, but followed me to the right place to enter the apartment building. I helped him, as did a friend who came along by chance, as there were many parts to the bed to get into the building, to the elevator, out and to the apartment.

Great service when I needed it most! I needed help after office business hours and customer service was very helpful. And then Kaylee, the service technician that came, was very professional, friendly and very, very helpful. I am so grateful for all her help. And I am very satisfied with the overall experience with Adapthealth. Thank you all!
