The technician I met with, Rick, was wonderful and extremely helpful in explaining how to use the Cpap equipment. My prior experience with Adapthealth was NOT good, i.e., setting up this appointment where I was dealing with the AI-man. That interaction was terrible and quite honestly it is the first thing I shared with Rick because it left me feeling unsure about my interaction with Adapthealth. Be thankful that Rick did such an outstanding job. I was extremely pleased to be dealing with a LIVE human!

TONI IS AWESOME!
She always makes me feel at home. She listened to my concerns and found me a much better mask fit.I was told that I'm between a medium and a large size.I'm now wearing a large mask because this medium was irritating the bridge of my nose. Toni also cured a problem I was experiencing with my C pap machine.
She definitely a problem solver. I would highly recommend her anyone I know

I continue to receive phantom invoice emails. Same invoice number, different date and amount each time. I reach out to customer service and get no response and the invoice disappears from the portal. The statement shows no prior balances or payments yet when I click on a different tab it shows I paid the amount in full. They require auto pay and you cannot opt out online.
For setting appointments they use AI - 3 phone calls daily withing 3 minutes - I was on the other line so i couldnt pick up - why does it need to call 3 times in 3 consecutive minutes. As well as 3 text a day.
I fully intend on telling my doctor to not use them any longer - I actually want to return my CPAP machine and get one elsewhere due to their constant multi time a week error filled emails.
It just doesn't end between the 6 contacts a day for an appointment to now the multi time a week emails saying they are going to charge my account that then disappear and then reappear with different amounts and due dates

Maryann Kittle is the best. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Finally got the right mask with he assistance and explanation. Loved that she changed two settings on the CPAP after I asked about some difficulties. Her help in explaining what the settings were doing helped in the decisions to change them. Wow!!!! What a wonderful experience.
