We have used AC Tronics many times over…
We have used AC Tronics many times over many years and always found them to be very professional and able to sort the problem, at a fraction of the price of a new unit.
We sent a dash pod last Monday and it was repaired, returned and back in the car by Friday.
Perfect.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish
Very efficient from initial phone enquiry. Easy to obtain details/label and once sent off was acknowledged and informed as to their progress. My part was fixed the day they received it and it arrived back with me the next day. Very impressed with the service and the personal approach from their team.

We have been using Actronics for some years and the service is second to none, Called the company with regards to repair of Fiat 500 ' blue and me" unit, friendly and knowledgeable person gave me information, I sent unit and it was repaired and returned within 3days , and at a decent price.

very poor service
very poor service, sent a dash to this company as they said they could test it, got a phone call to say they have tested it and it was ok but could rework it for a cost to make sure it was ok, got the unit back and it was faulty! refused refund not having to pesue through a money claim with the county court

In situations where we identify that a part is testing okay, but that there is a known common failure, we often offer to remanufacture the unit. This involves replacing known failure points, either as a preventative measure or to help rule out any additional faults elsewhere in the vehicle.

Don't waste your time filling out their paperwork.

Thanks for your review. As we exclusively work with automotive garages, workshops and dealerships, we do preliminary checks before onboarding new customers.
During those checks, we found your business primarily focuses on telecommunications. This is why we were unable to provide you with a remanufacturing service.
In such occasions, we direct customers to our service points, which are garages that have chosen to represent ACTRONICS services and can diagnose and inspect vehicles, offering owners access to our services.

Customer service is terrible lied to…
Customer service is terrible lied to about the unit being with them , then it took 4 weeks to repair not the 3-5 days max I was told, then I was invoiced incorrectly and they refused to change the invoice
the repair was good but they cant be trusted with a time frame or admin

Thanks for your review and our apologies about your negative experience. Reading through the records for this job, I can see that we had to rely on our head office in the Netherlands to complete this remanufacture fully, which unfortunately combined with the holiday period resulted in unforeseen delays.
Unfortunately, once a part has been invoiced, we're unable to update invoice details. The invoice was made out to the account as created by yourselves originally.
Again, we can only apologise for the delays, but glad that we were able to supply a well remanufactured product. We'll review this job, and take learnings from it to ensure we can improve services in the future.
