Seems to be a running theme with the 10% negative reviews.
1st and last time we use this lot.
Absolute waste of time and money for nothing.
Con you into sending units to them, that they SAY they can test, when they cant test Jack, then the smarmy little individual turns around and calls the owner a liar and says they didn't say they could test them, yes you f did, but still charge you, at least ECU testing don't charge if they cannot test or fault!! Great way to make money, get customers to send in the unit that they know they cant check or too incompetent to fix, fling it in the corner for a day then hold you to ransom, if you don't pay the fee right now on the phone, or you don't get the unit back. £200 wasted on 3 units they could not test, Joke.
Bunch of Con artists

So we are a small independent garage in the Midlands, had an Audi A4 Quattro in with an abs hydraulic pressure valve fault.
Contacted Actronic's they have advice on the phone and within 4 days the unit was sent , repaired and returned

Always a pleasure to deal, Staff are always helpful and freindly

Outstanding service and turnaround speed. Very professional company and hope it continues under new ownership!

I called the telephone number to check that the fault I had could be repaired. They answer was yes. We sent the unit back ourselves. The repair was carried out within a couple of days. Payment was straight forward and as the price was shown online. The binnacle arrived back with us the following day.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, product knowledge, customer communication was outstanding

Used this company for years. Always been reliable & nice quick turn around on repairs. Would highly recommend.

Paperwork was easy to sort, pickup of the item was smooth and quick. Correspondence was good, informed when part arrived, being repaired and when ready to return. Received item next day , all good and car back with customer. Thank you.
