Son una estafa y ladrones.... Nunca he usado sus servicios, no los conozco, y sorpresivamente apareció un cobro que ellos hicieron a mi tarjeta por 250 dólares... Le he pedido a mi banco activar el seguro contra fraudes....

Estafa pura.

Solicité la edición de 2 archivos pdf por lo que me cobraron 2€. Consulte mi extracto bancario y resulta que me habían hecho un cargo de 49.95€ sin mi consentimiento. Ladrones.

Solicité cancelación y reembolso a mi banco.

They have tried to charge me months after I used to pay for one pdf editor.

They tried to charge me 200 eur, days after 150, then 100 so on until they’ve tried 20 eur 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Joke on them, I haven’t used that account in a very long time.

SCAM!! Don't pay for this shit, I never subscribed to anything and only realised after three months that I have been paying $71 every month to this stupid company.

Don't activate their trial. You'll get charged at the end of the 14 days even if you cancel it within that time frame. Whoever owns the website deserves to go to prison. Total scum of the Earth. If you ask for a refund, you'll find out "it's not in their policy". Find other services online! Stay away from this website. You'll get robbed.

I was scammed by this company, charged me initially than i cancelled on site , received confirmatory email of cancellation, i asked for refund. instead of refunding my first payment , charged 5 days after my cancellation second time. This company is total scam.please stay away. I am going to reort with this proof of email to my credit card company. They should be banned from doing business.

I purchased what i thought was a one off document edit for around $1.16 then got a $72.24 billing against my credit card. The net outcome of this is I had to lodge a dispute against them with my bank and cancel my credit card because they had added me as a subscriber and the bank can't block them for future debits so a lot of drama. My advice DON'T BUY A ONE OFF EDIT THEY ALL TRAP YOU INTO SUBSCRIPTION.

I never signed up for PDF Billing, next thing I know, they want to take 3900zar from me. My bank notified me of the suspicious charge. I canceled my card immediately.

Files Editor (files-editor.com) charged our company credit card ) $49.95 per month for approximately ten months — roughly $500 in total — under the billing descriptor "PDF Billing," for a PDF subscription we did not knowingly authorize and were unable to cancel.

The charges appeared to be for a PDF/document product, and believing them to be an Adobe subscription, we spent weeks attempting to cancel through Adobe. Beginning July 20, 2026, our customer service supervisor worked to identify and cancel the subscription; on August 18, 2026, Adobe confirmed in writing that no account existed matching the billed card — because the merchant was not Adobe. Only after disputing the charges with our card issuer did we identify files-editor.com as the actual biller. The company's website and product naming are designed to be mistaken for a mainstream PDF product, the billing descriptor ("PDF Billing") does not identify the company, and no invoice, renewal notice, or cancellation path was ever provided to us in ten months of billing.

We have disputed all charges with our credit card issuer and blocked future charges. We can document the recurring $49.95 charges (most recently July 30, 2026) and our correspondence attempting to cancel.

They fraudulently bill you a monthly subscription when you have cancelled. Even if you cancel and unsubscribe they will not deactivate your account until you contact their support who will not refund you but offer you a lifetime membership instead.

They are a very fraudulent company. I used their service one time to convert a PDF file to Word, and that's all. I never subscribed or inputted my card details, but somehow they were able to debit my card on August 30, 2026, for N76,000, of which I know nothing. This is a scamming company.

I used Files Editor one singular time on April 23 2026. They have charged me with PDF-BILLING.COM which is why I am also writing a review here. As I was aware of the 1.45$ payment that happened the NEXT day, I had looked up the option to cancel the subscription. I am fully certain and remember clearly canceling it. I got charged 249$ for their „4 month” automatic subscription that I had absolutely no intention of using. I have been back and forth with them for days now and they are refusing a refund even though I have not used their service ever since April 23 2026. This is a ridiculous amount of money for me as it’s 3 times the amount in my national currency. They are not taking this matter seriously and I have submitted a fraud/chargeback claim to my card holder. Absolutely disgusting to offer a lifetime service when I clearly stated that I need the money and that I have LESS than their „subscription” price left in my bank account. Do not use them for anything and report them because they will sneak these terms in and charge you without any prior notice. Even Trustpilot has them flagged.
