Excellent service. First time using this company but won’t be the last. Ordered a washing machine on line, price was very competitive but free delivery and installation was included so by far cheapest overall. Delivers on time and the two guys were professional and sorted everything. Excellent.

Good price, next day delivery and installed very efficiently by great team of two, first class

The item was a good price compared to other retailers. It was easy to order online and you could choose the delivery day with am/pm slot.
We ordered on Friday evening and it was delivered and installed on Sunday morning and the old appliance taken away for recycling. The guys who installed it were extremely friendly and put everything back in to place for us.
This is the 2nd time we have used Toplex and would highly recommend them.

Your price (when delivery, etc. was allowed for) was the lowest I could find online, and you won't ring me up three times trying to sell me additional insurance as some of your competitors do.
Delivery was exactly as promised and your staff were both proficient and helpful.
I couldn't have asked any more from the purchase.

I have bought previously from Toplex and when my 8 year old washing machine didn’t drain or spin, I decided to purchase a new one rather than repair.

As always, great advice and value for money - the team that delivered were fabulous. Respectful of my property and carpets, efficient and took time to explain the functions of the new washer vs the old.

Highly recommended.

The girl in the office was polite and very helpful I got what I wanted and delivered the first working day,
the men came fitted the washer and took the old one away as I ordered ,the were clean and tidy and checked everything before they left ,thank you

Great service

Toplex dealt with my enquiry about purchasing a Bosch dryer extremely effectively. The sales team were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The product was delivered and installed as scheduled, and my old appliance was removed. The delivery team were also very helpful and courteous.
I would definitely buy from Toplex again.

Delivery was wonderful. On time, delivered with great care and happy to answer questions.

Brilliant service and value for money.

Delivered on time, and the delivery men were efficient and helpful.

The delivery drivers were cheerful, polite and very helpful, placing the washing machine exactly where I wanted.
The order was delivered on the day I wanted well within the time scale I requested.

Good value and good services, especially CS.

Great delivery and fitting service for my new dishwasher

Super service, on time. The fitters were clean and tidy and took great care to line up the cupboard fronts after fitting the dishwasher. Excellent.

Efficient and clean. Took old oven and replaced with new on. Took old one away. Very quick and efficient

I was searching for a fridge freezer with space being at a premium and had to have one that opened flush to the wall. Madina was really helpful with getting the right measurements and with general advice together with outlining options. The delivery was also fast and efficient. All in all a great service from start to finish. Would fully recommend and will be shopping again there for future appliances.

The whole purchase and delivery experience were 5 star. The delivery driver unpacked and took away the wrapping and explained how the machine worked. Would highly recommend

Good communication, resulted in delivery on the same day. Efficient two man delivery service ensured a smooth installation.
I have used Toplex several times before and always found their customer service to be excellent and their prices match or better other retailers
