Adobe Acrobat has a 30-second delay at startup, every single time. Imagine the delays when you're clicking around a file folder trying to find information in multiple files. It's intolerable, especially given the usurious fees I'm paying.

I have a 64GB 16CPU screamer machine and a GB level fiber network, so it's not that.

I'm seriously considering cancelling my account.

They have put my subscription up 50% and locked me into a years contract without my consent. And now asking for £85 to get out of the contract I never signed. What a company

Without any usefull dialog prompts.

Want to edit? Crash
Want to save? Crash
Want to close it? Crash
Want to copy a letter? Crash

And the dialogs that come up, are not even readable.
ot crash even befor eyou cab read them.
the sent option is never a solution or answer, fro about 26 years straight now.
I never got any answer why there ar eso many crashes.

And the interface is a crime against humanity
Acrobat is really not up to par with other PDF apps.

And.. it stil after 40 years has no Batch 'find and replace in multiple PDF's. Still NOT!

And i PAY for this.
I realy buy this every year.... or else.

I signed up for membership for my education and got a deal for 20$/month. After that, I've used it for about 6 months but forgot to cancel it, and they raised the price to 35$/month without informing me, and canceling "early" will cost 130$. They have renewed a contract and raised the price, and it's impossible to cancel it. When contacting customer service, they offer a discount but it ties you up for another year, be careful. Real scam!

I am using adobe acrobat pdf editor last couple of years. however, i wanted to stop the auto renewal and forgetting the renewal date. today not even 2 weeks they auto renewed, but can't cancel the renewal !!! Just be careful about the auto renewal and their is no option to stop the auto renewal.

Escroquerie organisée : vous souscrivez, vous cliquez pour 7 ou 14 jours. Et vous vous retrouvez au bout d'un mois avec 114€ de frais de résiliation.
Digne des plus grandes escroqueries.
On va vous dire qu'il fallait lire entre les petites lignes... mais aucun service ou gest commercial derrière. C'est vraiment organisé pour vous arnaquer.

Easier to remove malware from a computer than adobe - and adobe has to be somehow even worse. Avoid at all costs, don't give a dime, don't install

Grosse arnaque ! j'ai voulu essayer la version gratuite de 7 jours dessai pour recuperer une image, cela ne fonctionne pas, et il est impossible de se désabonner !

Recent upgrade is a disaster! Cannot save my PDF files anymore until I have made changes to the file. I do not want/need to make any changes to a PDF file I got from someone else which I just want to save - but Adobe has decided to disable the SAVE function (greyed out) for some completely insane reason. Who is responsable for such a value destroying decission which is also a complete waste of client time.

Im 99% sure canceled my account in the trial, but eventho, I got a bill later. Now i have to pay a fee to cancel a year of binding!!!! 🤬 stay away from this!!

Worst experience ever. They will not allow you to cancel your subscription without a fee, and you can't remove your card details either. Lesson learnt, thank you Adobe but never again!

sharing and accessing files is anything but intuitive.

They should switch this off until they've fixed this

Acrobat is completely unusable when it comes to the accessibility features due to the unending glitches when tagging that mean your work constantly crashes, pages disappear, objects and text vanish and whole files corrupt. Please Adobe just fix it. Or start again. How can it be this bad? It is honestly horrendous to use.
