Non conoscendo un altro posto dove scrivere una recensione per il singolo prodotto, riporterò qui quella di Adobe Acrobat (programma per editing PDF). Acrobat non è all'altezza di uno qualsiasi dei software della casa di sviluppo statunitense. Gli elementi, siano essi grafici o testuali, spesso vengono fusi l'uno con l'altro, non permettendo di agire sul singolo. Le modifiche, specie quelle ai testi, compresa la formattazione, vengono sistematicamente ignorate, anche dopo svariati tentativi/secondi. Lentezza che si riflette anche nella funzione di assistenza AI. Qualche funzione si salva (es. Combina File, Organizza Pagine), ma come applicazione singola non vale decisamente la spesa di €30,74/mese. Nemmeno di €3, in realtà.

Mit das schlechteste PDF Programm aller Zeiten!!!!! Keine Ahnung wer da in Zeiten von KI, irgendwas zu sagen hat oder geändert hat, aber alleine schon das ausfüllen und unterschreiben von langen Dokumente dauert ewig und dann auf einmal macht er ein anderes Text Format, welches man nicht wieder wegbekommt, weil es dafür keine Einstellung gibt und wenn man es löschen will, erkennt er das nicht mehr als "eigenen" Text. Sorry aber das ist auf dem Niveau von 2007 und nicht 2026.

We signed up for an Adobe Acrobat business account under what we understood to be a monthly plan, only to be hit with a $204 early termination fee when we cancelled. The distinction between "monthly billing" on an annual commitment versus an actual month to month subscription is not made clear during signup. It's buried, and we never would have agreed to a contract with a termination penalty if it had been spelled out plainly. What made it worse was the support experience. We barely used the software, explained that, and the reps showed no flexibility or empathy. Charging a cancellation fee to a customer who never utilized the product feels predatory. Be very careful reading the fine print before committing to any Adobe business plan.

Absolute trash, I have no idea why it exist, honestly you can even edit the text

Although the app and program didn't work out for me (it did not fit my needs), I really want to point out the amazing customer service I received from "Mahak" who is a manager. He went above and beyond to, 1. Fix what the other staff couldn't. 2. He was very understanding and patient. And, 3. Got the job done instantly.
Truly excellent customer service. I was moved around to several different people and it was not until Mahak stepped in that my issue was understood immediately and refunded my payment of $109 instantly. Much appreciated and I think Adobe should know that thanks to Mahak, I was able to come leave a positive review. As opposed to what I would have written in regards to the other customer service. Thank you.

Terribe product and scammy pricing

An extortionate subscription fee for a confusing buggy product. Can't wait for adobe to become obsolete.

This software is expensive and has multiple problems.
1. the popups are so intrusive !!!!
2. save to cloud function works intermittently - this is crucial for me
3. Adobe shuts down when I ask WORD to Save As Adobe Acrobat. WORD doesnt shut down, Adobe shuts down.
4. I am looking at other products such as Google PDF.
5. Sadly, I am an Adobe share holder !!!!!!

If I could give it ZERO stars....it's 2026, I've got loads of subscriptions. This is the first I've seen that charges you half of the yearly subscription fee if you cancel your MONTHLY plan. no wonder people don't use Adobe anymore. Beware, RIDICULOUS terms.

Subscription terms are ridiculous. Its expensive and not worth for the price. Ive cancelled after 5 months and was charged $85 on top of the 5 monthly charges for early cancellation.

I will go for 4 stars, the free version is just what I needed to have a PDF cloud service. If it were possibile to integrate Google translate or whatever, that would be perfect

Hopefully this will help get the attention I need. I downloaded it for a course and it made me sign up to do what i needed, turns out I downloaded wrong one, cancelled the free trial next day!!! Now today trying to take money out of my account after cancelling it. Please cancel it and do not take money out of my account!!!

Acrobat is clunky and hard to use on very simple mock ups on maps. It wigs out, deletes versions of edits and not worth the money

Did not help me with what I needed and then charged me 65$ to cancel my plan. do not use

I used this service to change one document into a pdf format. I paid £1.40 for doing this. One week later pdf customer tried to steal £46 out of my account. Fortunately my bank recognised this criminality and blocked the transaction and informed me of what had happened. I've now had to change my banking details. I would never use this online service again and warn others about this criminality.

De la grosse arnaque , j’ai essayé pour les jours gratuits et depuis impossible d’annuler , j’ai des payer 4x 26 € puis j’ai enfin pu trouver comment annuler et maintenant il me demande 100€ de frais d’annulation , c’est inadmissible

After using PSE for 4 years an error developed where I could not access it. Four days later, 7 referrals and (finally) a remote access later it was finally sorted.
Their support is an absolute joke. Four attempted "support" sessions ended with the Agent disconnecting and claiming the problem was resolved. In an age where AI is threatening apps like Photoshop you'd think they'd be at least a little customer focused. Very poor effort.

Paywalled to edit a PDF, and hidden so time is wasted making you inclined to purchase or sign up for the trial after you made all the edits. A basic human need, now costs money. Even if they're broke and using this simply to edit their resume so they can find better employment to help pay for healthcare costs from a disease that is slowly killing their own mother; the people at the top with pockets filled to the sky still decide they needed to get a share of whatever change we have left.

I’ve used Adobe Acrobat for years, and it’s infuriating. In the United States, they’ve completely cornered the PDF market, so if you want your documents to work reliably, you’re forced to pay whatever they demand. Alternatives exist, but they always fall short in ways that push you right back into Acrobat’s grasp, as if to remind you that freedom is an illusion. Every basic tool is tucked behind a subscription tier, so editing text, combining files, or converting formats turns into a constant negotiation for access to what should be standard functionality.

And even after paying for every feature, the software is still a nightmare. It freezes, glitches, and routinely hangs with the dreaded “is not responding,” turning what should be a 20-minute task into hours of waiting, clicking, and staring at a frozen screen. Acrobat might look powerful on paper, but in practice it’s bloated, unstable, and exhausting. Their dominance ensures we’re all trapped in an empire that prioritizes control and revenue over usability, and every interaction reminds you that the only thing more relentless than their pricing is their software’s inability to actually do what it promises.

Ideas are great, layout is great. Use for large files is useless. The best part is when it hangs and says "not responding"! Gives me time to make a cup of tea!
