After entering my credit card details, the software didn't even work. I opened the software, waited, but it remained stuck at 8% downloading - I tried this 3 times with the same result. Eventually I tried answering yes to making Adobe my default PDF reader (even though that's not what I wanted) but the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 is supposed to allow me a free choice between services?

That got the download moving straight away but progress is still incredibly slow and my connection is generally fine.

It's been 45 minutes and I'm still not able to use the software that they want to charge £24.95 per month for.

Thew worst software ever! Crashing, errors and top of that you want money for it?!? Please, please someone make something better than this POS!

Ich mache ein PDF auf...das Teil zeigt die erste Seite an. Ich scrolle etwas nach unten...das Ding hängt sich für eine halbe Minute auf. Ich scrolle weiter nach unten....das Ding hängt sich wieder für mehrere Sekunden auf. Nein...ich haben keine alten Rechner.
Das Teil soll nur eins machen: PDFs anzeigen. Das machte es nur widerwillig.

kaum installiert, schon wieder deainstallliert...riesig, afgebläht, aufdringlich, penetrant, ich wollte lediglich eien pdf Datei öffnen...wo ist das gute alte Reader geblieben?

Une usine à gaz obsolète qui se repose sur ses lauriers. Le software est poussif, instable et ce, depuis plus de 30 ans. A ce niveau-là, ce n'est plus de l'incompétence (ou du je-m'en-foutisme) mais un véritable ART.

Je vous ai fait confiance en souscrivant une offre découverte gratuite de 14 JOURS ! et quelques jours après je constate un débit de 23 euros puis 6 euros pour un abonnement annuel alors que je suis encore dans mes jours d'essai GRATUITS afin de tester les fonctionnalités tels que prévus CONTRACTUELLEMENT dans votre offre d'essai ! je suis furieuse ! quelles sont donc ces pratiques commerciales douteuses ???? et ce de la part d'une grande entreprise telle que la vôtre !!! je demande un remboursement immédiat de ces frais ainsi que la résiliation totale de ces soi-disant abonnements ! J'ai fait les démarches sur votre site mais fini pour moi Adobe ! confiance perdue !

Incapable de traiter correctement les répertoires !
Pris un abonnement a plus de 20 € pour indexer un document : echec sur toute la ligne.

Darei 0 punti se fosse possibile. Il 17 aprile 26 ho sottoscritto un ordine prova di 14 giorni per Adobe Pro. Disdetto dopo 7 il 22/4/26. Oggi, dopo 3 mesi di assenza, mi accorgo che mi hanno addebitato ogni mese il canone di €36,59. Chiamato l'assistenza clienti, mi viene detto che la mia disdetta era parziale e si riferiva solo all'assistenza Ai e non al 'pacchetto' completo. N. B. Nella pagina 'Annulla piano' NON ERA INDICATO DA NESSUNA PARTE CHE LA DISDETTA NON ERA COMPLETA!!! È una truffa vera e propria.

L'interfaccia è incomprensibile, non si capisce (immagino volutamente) cosa sia a pagamento e cosa no, è lento e ha dei tool AI totalmente inutili. Infine, cosa che mi sta veramente dando un fastidio infinito, continua ad aprirmi in automatico ogni pdf che scarico e, nonostante io abbia disattivato questa funzione più volte, continua a riattivarla in automatico (e allora fai come c**zo ti pare)

I subscribed to Acrobat Pro with a free tiral, but they also activated a subscription I didn't even book. When I cancelled the free trial so that I wouldn't be charged, the other subscription (that I never wanted) was still active and they charged me through the credit card they forced me to provide for the free trial. Incredibly dishonest and predatory.

It is clunky, overengineered, overwhelmed with useless menus, extended clickable paths, etc. Plus, it crashes every time I open a file, so I have to wait it until comes back to life again. A bit of disgrace. Adobe 9 was better.

Adobe Acrobat refuses to process a credit due me stating that there is a problem with the credit card. There was no problem when they took the money but there is a problem now that they need to process my refund.
Confirmed with my bank there are no issues on that end, yet another email today from AA saying wait, we need more time.
So, I have used the time to research other PDF management software companies and there are many with much better ratings, prices, products and service.
Don't waste your time or money on Adobe Acrobat!

I would give zero starts if it was possible. They offer free trial and then charge cancellation fee, they charged me 220CAD for cancellation , scammers… have nothing to say

I sign up to adobe pro not knowing the trap I am falling into and after 2 months seeing i have no use out of it and I don't need to pay $20 a month just to edit something i want to cancel but the want $90 bucks to cancel they are nuts I have never herd of such a policy I will not keep a subscription because of a cancelation fee its not a hotel car booking this is a service and should be free to cancel it sucks

Adobe Acrobat dovrebbe aprire, creare e far modificare i pdf open. Da qualche tempo è inutilizzabile: lentissimo, pesante, apre tool AI NON RICHIESTI, fa di tutto per far creare e mandare link di documenti invece dei documenti stessi.
Un disastro, fastidioso da usare.
