Ganz ehrlich: Abzocke. Wir zahlen mehrere tausend Euro pro Jahr für einen der teuersten Pläne und wurden bereits mehrfach zu Upgrades gedrängt. Und dann das: Sobald Umschläge über eine Integration wie Zapier laufen, zählen sie plötzlich als „Automation Envelopes" und sind auf lächerliche 100 pro Nutzer gedeckelt – bei uns gerade mal 300 im gesamten Account. Für einen Plan dieser Preisklasse ist das eine Frechheit. Das krasse daran: das wird erst deutlich, wenn es schon zu spät ist. Erläuterungen Fehlanzeige.

Wer so einen Vertrag abschließt, versendet automatisiert. Punkt. Niemand tippt bei diesen Volumina manuell Umschläge raus. Dass DocuSign genau das, was in jedem ernsthaften Business-Setup Standard ist, nochmal extra in Rechnung stellen will, ist keine Preispolitik – das ist dreist.

Dazu kommt: DocuSign ist im Marktvergleich ohnehin schon deutlich am oberen Ende und liefert bei der Automatisierung trotzdem weniger als günstigere Wettbewerber. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eine Zumutung. Wir schauen uns aktiv nach Alternativen um.

Retired and email was changed. Could not change email and tech support there was nothing they could do - all those signed documents lost.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Absolute worst company in the world. Last year I should have cancelled. They were double charging me for months and months and promised a refund but only back 2 months. it took two months to get a $90 refund. Then in December I sent an email to cancel and they never cancelled it. I called the back today to stop future payments. They make it impossible to do anything no real people. They mobile site it awful. I have never in my life used a worst company. I would give zero stars if possible. SCAM

Terrible company. Crooks. Nickel and dime you for a refund. I forgot to cancel my subscription, hadn’t used it in a year. Was charged $120. They told me they don’t give refunds. The worst.

A terrible, dishonest company with awful customer service. I have cancelled my account many times, and yet today I have a new charge. They claim they never received a cancellation - I sent email proof - they still declined to refund it. I now have to call my credit card company to block my card. VERY similar complaints across the board. DO NOT USE THEM

• I asked support to cancel + refund yesterday's charge
• Gave them: old email, full name, exact USD amount, exact date
• They demand last 4 digits of a card that EXPIRED 4 years ago and was replaced by my bank (Raiffeisen)
• Offered bank statement as proof — DENIED

So because I don't have a dead card, you keep charging me forever? Is this how DocuSign works?

Docusign is worst. Tried to send 2 important agreements and client could not put in info. This was done with the help of techical support on a zoom call. Asked for a refund and they said no

This is an absolute scam. You can't send a document to multiple users supposedly unless you're up in the third tier of purchasing. I had to do this and after about 4 hours with the AI and a human in a chatbox realized that I had been tricked by business. It doesn't matter what tier you buy, you cannot do this. This is very bad news for my non-profit.

Absolute dog crap.

I paid to activate my service, it would mot let me use it. I paid again (thinking maybe the payment didn’t go through) it still did not work. I asked to be issued a refund, they refused to issue it. They are now attempting to charge my account DAILY for a service that I have double paid for and I’m unable to use. Absolute dog sh*t.

completely fraud. I cancelled my plans two times and they subscribed me automatically again to charge my card. I blocked my credit card.

We have for weeks tried to get with our account manager who is basically ignoring us. When he answers the phone, he is clueless and not helpful at all. Would never renew this service going forward

TERRIBLE - honestly, so hard to even create an account, then once you do, it's impossible to cancel it. They say it's free, but will charge without your consent.

Le concept est bien et plutôt facile.

Mais lorsque nous sommes face à une difficulté, il est impossible de trouver de l'aide mis à part si nous avons une option payante.
Je suis restée plus de deux heures à essayer de trouver une solution pour changer mes initiales sur mon document à signer, rien à faire ! Même en les changeant dans les paramètres de mon compte, seule ma signature ressortait à la place de mes initiales.
Pour une plateforme telle que celle-ci, je trouve ça très problématique d'avoir ce genre de difficulté. Pour ma part, impossible à résoudre.

Je dois signer électroniquelment un document français, mais comme je n'ai pas de carte d'identié française, je ne peux pas utiliser france connect plus ou l'identité numérique de la poste. On m'a conseillé de le faire avec Ducosign, mais je me rends compte que pour l'inpi il faut une signature renforcée, et que ce n'est pas simplement payant, on est obligé de souscrire un abonnement d'au moins un an. Donc avant ma signature manuscrité était valable, maintenant, ma signature n'est plus valable te je dois faire appel à des tiers et de la technologie pour faire valider ma signature ? Je ne refus pas, je fais de la résistance. Si vous ne voulez plus d'humains, appuyez sur le bouton de la guerre nucléaire, ainsi seuls les ia et les algoritmes pouronnt continuer à fonctionner, ahah !

Stay away, very hard and frustrating to cancel!

After having a DocuSign subscription for 1.5 months, we still cannot use it in the way that was promised to us by our account manager, Jan Testers. Every time we are told that “we're working on it.” In addition, we sometimes have to wait up to 7 days for a response, whereas before we became a customer we would receive a reply within one day. Overall, we are very disappointed with the way this has been handled, and we hope we will be able to start using the service in the promised way as soon as possible.

Docusign claims to be usable internationally. Now using only cell phone verification to open a document and many international numbers are blocked including the Philippines. Even my Globe number. Businesses cannot use Docusign for customers like me.

The idea of DocuSign is amazing. It makes paperwork quick and easy.

I am all for making money and I understand they need to make money somehow, but I should not be asked to buy a product before I even login to the website. I cannot stand being pestered to buy things. I actually spend more money on the products that rarely ask just because they rarely ask. Also, I am not a person who has a company, so I have no use to get a monthly account for something like this. Know your audience.

Impossible de résilier, utilise des dark patterns pour cacher la page de gestion des abonnements (trois menus différents avant de trouver le bon).
Obligé de demander à l'assistance pour la résiliation.
Et impossible de supprimer la carte bancaire enregistrée (quid de la légalité RGPD ? Faut encore demander au support ?).
J'aurais dû utiliser Paypal pour le paiement de l'abonnement pour pouvoir annuler (et signaler) cet abonnement.
A part ce gros point noir (qui explique la note), ce service de signature était fonctionnelle, cependant ils indiquent sur leur site qu'on peut créer des liens (qui renvoie à leur plateforme) et bah non ! Obligé que ce soit leur plateforme qui gère l'envoi de mail automatique.
