excellent product no problem setting it up

Quick delivery and the PC is all it was advertised to be.

Ordered a new laptop, not a top of the range model, but has everything that I wanted, really easy to set up and use, and much more user friendly than a Chromebook.

Computer easy to set up and install software. It is a lot faster than my existing PC and because of the solid state drive it does not make a lot of noise when operating.

The video clip on the Argos site showed the chromebook had a touch sreen , it does not , very disappointed

Does what it says it will do. My original laptop was an Acer and I've kept with it in the need to replace. Realistically priced as well.

Modern equipment, great specifications for the price, easy to set up and operate. Only downside is the small, fine figures in the keyboard. It makes distinguishing . or , difficult to determine on first use.

Tried your website for information but did not really help me.

I only purchased a replacement laptop for my 9 year old Acer because it couldn't be upgraded to Windows11 - I am thrilled with my new Acer - a little higher spec than my previous one, but still the same well built quality item that was extremely easy to set up, even for a 67 year old technophobe! It was also very competitively priced against other manufacturers similar items.

The sound system for this monitor was a big disappointment. I didn't expect anything life-changing; just clear sound with adequate volume, but even when connected up with both HDMI and an audio cable, the sound was thin, tinny and weak. I have reluctantly reverted to my old speaker system, for the time being. There are also some brownish marks on the top right-hand corner of the screen which will not wipe off, although these do no notice when the screen is in use.

Shocking. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but no choice on the matter.
Ordered a laptop on the 3rd May. They sent 2 different laptop, 4 usb sites and 2 laptop cases. I could have kept it all. I didn't. Contact Acer. Took a week for them to expect me to send it back. Slow responses etc.
When I said that I'll keep the products given the fact they were expecting me to rectify their mistake, they were very quick to say, we can get a courier to your door with in the space of a day.
The courier was arranged without my knowledge and disturbed my sleep as I am a night worker. The original product has still not been sent to me.
Utter disgrace of a company.

We needed to replace our old desktop PC as it was well old and very slow.
Decided to go for the all in one option as it was a cleaner look and less clutter on the desk.
This Acer PC is great. Its FAST. much faster than the old PC. It has plenty of storage and is easy to set up and use.
The only negative I can find.... is the headphone jack is on the rear of the screen... very hard to plug in and out.... so we got new bluetooth earbuds too.

I bought the laptop in November 2024. i had some problems and it took me a while to figure out the registration for my product so I left it. Finally I registered it about a few week ago.

I have a few issues that I tried to sort out by myself using You tube, but the problem still persists. When I want to get the issue answered I had to go to the community. The community does not really have my answer and I am not sure how to get it sorted out. I was not able to find the chat.

Personally i have limited I.T knowledge but setting up my new Acer was simpler than I imagined. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am still learning to use all the features available however I am enjoying this.

Bought a gaming laptop and it works way better than I expected considering it was cheap ,at £500.
Had another Acer laptop before and lasted for 17 years.

I am very pleased with the proformance , good vaiue , and good build . I would recomend this model ( NITRO V 15 ) to anyone . Thanks and good luck to you all .
