Great Laptop purchased and excelleant value with good features with a lit up keyboard and face ID that some other midrange laptops don't offer, not had the computer long enough to give any further details but good as a Acer user so far

I tried to buy direct but was not successful, finished up buying through Currys. Also tried to establish when an item would be available through Acer Store and got no help.
Great budget machine
Great budget machine , easy to set up , not much bloatware , quick to boot up, 512 BG of storage and 8 GB Ram which can be increased to 32gb.

The Website was easy to use and search for products. I saw that the one we wanted had a great offer on it so decided to buy , the process was easy enough and the computer came quickly and was easy to set up and seems a fantastic computer so far . The speakers aren't the loudest but I'm still getting used to all the extras it has but would certainly recommend
Does what it says on the box…
Early days as I have only recently purchased this pc but I am very happy with it. Loved how easy it was to set up. It is very fast even when having several programmes open at the same time. Also love the non reflective glass. Very happy with my purchase.
My 3rd acer laptop
My 3rd acer laptop, after having good experience with the first one in 2012 (still working by the way just software out of date) upgraded to acer A314 in 2023. Havent been using that one much so didnt realise at first that there was an issue with acer software, kept switching off everytime i used and then touch pad stopped working as well. Meanwhile bought acer A14AI as a back up and sent A314 to repair by acer approved laptronics since out of warranty. The costbis a rip off 80quid to just send,then 55 for their service which is probably free acer updates and touchpad "should" get fixed but not sure so ull find out after paid 135 quid for their service with no repair warranties, the new A15AI still under warranty meanwhile started playing as well, couldn't switch it on! Took multioke attemts ca 20 minuyes to have it on! this hopefully got fixed now by curries technical support as under warranty (had it only 1 month), apparently you need to update acer firmware under optional updates, which is probably what was causing problems with the A314 and for which acer repairer is charging me now 135 total as Acer and their affiliates do not advise customers free of charge that their products need updates!. The touch pad "may" get fixed by that, I was told, no warranties though. It's a joke! I contacted Acer first, their custiner setvice were "sad" by my problems, but couldnt help as it was out of warranty,with the newer one did not help as well, but seller did. Both laptops were on expensive side comparing to similar ones, I bought because I believed it was a good brand now I know they rip you off and are no help, their products have issues, they used to be good but not anymore! And no support unless you pay! The laptops were not cheap, spent over 1000 together, expected better than that!
