Amazing service constantly there for support and advice

Extremely recommend for any business owners. Shaf went above and beyond to make sure I was purchasing the right card terminal for my business and I will definitely be recommending Acecard to others. The level of personal care and customer service made Acecard stand out from other companies I have used in the past.

This is the second time using Acecard now, once again they have gone above and beyond to get my payment gateway sorted for Keeping it Fresh Ltd 10/10 service I honestly can not recommend them enough.

Thank you very much Acecard

I can’t recommend Acecard more highly. Shaf has been amazing start to finish and nothing was too much to ask. He was super patient whilst waiting for me to sort issues with a previous card machine provider and guided me start to finish with advice on the best providers that would suit me. Thank you again !

I really recommend the company Acecard. Shaf was highly recommended to me by a friend and he was amazing and went through everything with me. He was happy to help and answer any questions and there with support when needed.

Seamless transition saving me transaction fees. Fantastic transparent dashboard and app. Great communication and training. Would highly recommend.

Hey Baby 4D Stalybridge

Great communication and fast responses an overall 10/10

I’m really happy with the service I’ve received from Acecard, they identified hidden charges that I was unaware of on our card processing invoice and provided me with a simple solution that’s easy for me to understand and has ultimately saved my small business money! The product is great and the customer support has been brilliant so far. I’d definitely recommend Acecard to any businesses looking for a new card payment provider. Thank you

The whole experience of switching from our previous provider was made seamless by Shaf and Acecard. Nothing was too much trouble and we love the new card machine. Thank you for your help, great service

Shaf provided a very personal service and explained everything in detail. Fantastic service. Highly recommended

Shaf was fantastic from start to finish, needed to get away from Dojo and the crazy costs involved and Shaf was the man to help xx

Shaf was very helpful. He explained everything in details about the whole process. He also demonstrated how to use the machine. If anyone looking for a payment machine I strongly recommend Acecard.

Excellent service from Shaf start to finish.
Shaf made it super easy to transfer from our old merchant account and saved us £££
Shaf is always on hand to help with any questions we have.
Cant recommend Shaf enough.

Thank you

Shaf was a great help in sorting us a new merchant account. 10/10.

Amazing company to deal with from start to finish, not only the best rates I could find but Shaf made it super easy to change over & he is always on the end of the phone if needed, can’t fault them, they are the best around for customer service & rates ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shaf is the man! Saved me £££ which is what I was looking to do, straight talking, no nonsense would happily recommend to other retailers.

Not only are Acecard's rates far better than our high-street bank, the customer service from Shaf the director is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. He was there every step of the way to help guide us through the process of swapping over from our old provider to Acecard. I would say that we will not only be saving hundreds if not thousands in fee's but we have someone on hand for if we have any issues or queries. He sorted out our PCI and was on hand on the Saturday morning we went live with the machines.

We would definitely recommend Acecards and Shaf to any business that needs a card machine

Always an amazing service from Shaf and always goes the extra mile thank you 😊😊

So simple to work with and excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

We were referred to Acecard by another local business, being a new business we were unsure on how the card payments market works - Shaf did an excellent job in going through each step with us to ensure we fully understood everything and he even came on site to set the machines up for us. Would definitely recommend Acecard to others. Thank you
