The card reader itself is excellent – very easy to set up, works smoothly, and the attractive design makes it stand out. I absolutely love it! The mobile app is also a huge plus, as it allows me to easily monitor my transactions and track sales daily and monthly, which is so convenient for my business.
On top of that, the interest rate are very competitive compared to other providers I looked into. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service, the product, and the support I received. Highly recommended!

We have been with Shaf at Ace Card Payments for some years now. One day a new card payment provider came into our office and talked us into signing up with them, promised better prices and better service, which was totally a lie. They just wanted us to sign up! Trying to get hold of their customer service department is horrendous! Our new card machine does not work for our business, despite being told it would, so we have gone back to Shaf at Ace. If there is an issue we can always get hold of him and he will do everything he can to help, if we have any issues, which we very rarely do. We have learnt our lesson the bad way and will not be swapping payment providers again!

If you are looking for assistance with a new card terminal Shaf at Acecard is the guy to help you. He is super responsive and flexible to your business needs. I recently needed a new terminal within a tight deadline and Shaf turned this around within days, excellent service!
