Today, we received excellent service from Prasenjit Chowdhury in the Broadband Team regarding an issue with our broadband connection. He patiently guided us through the configuration process and provided outstanding support. We truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. While we are happy with the company’s technical support, unfortunately, our experience with our account manager has been extremely disappointing. We have serious concerns about his reliability and transparency, and our pricing query has remained unresolved for months despite our continued efforts to get clarification. We are still hoping that the company will contact us this week with a satisfactory resolution. We would appreciate a prompt response and a clear explanation of the outstanding pricing issue. If we do not hear from them, we will have to reconsider our overall feedback and reflect our experience with the company as a whole.

Prasenjit I had a problem with my internet and landline was not working for past 3/4 days but Mr prasenjit has help me out with everything and fix my problem very quickly and I am very happy with his services he provided

After sporadic internet connectivity, Surajit took the time to talk me through a very in depth resetting process which cured our problem. He also called back the following day with a report from Openreach confirming no recorded faults but also to confirm that we had no issues at our ends. Very happy with the service.
