I've been with Acecardpayments for a number of years and can honestly say they are first class. Open and honest and Shaf is brilliant. For instance I had a query on Sunday (nothing urgent) so sent an email to clarify (obviously not expecting a response until Monday). Within 5mins I not only received a response but Shaf reassuringly confirmed it was nothing to worry about and he'd get it sorted. True to his word it was all done.

We contacted Shaf at Acecards as our fees with worldpay were increasing year by year. Shaf has saved us thousands of pounds per year in fees. He came out and trained our staff on how to use the features and has made follow up emails to check if everything is going ok. Not like the big companies that take your money and not bother with you.

After having endless troubles with multiple other merchant service providers it was a pleasant surprise to finally after 15 years to find one that is honest and transparent. Within hours of contacting Acecard I had a straight forward and very competitive contract ready to sign, less than 5 days later inc a weekend I've got the card machine up and running and already taking payments. So far everything is far better than I thought possible and if the service carries on as brilliantly as its started I cant see a reason to ever change services.

I contacted Acecard after being recommended to them by another business. I’m a new business so didn’t know what to expect when searching for a card machine provider. I got in touch with Shaf who guided me through the process and made it really to understand, he even advised that if I wasn’t going to be processing a certain amount of sales I may be better off starting with a pay as you go provider to minimise costs , which I thought was very honest of him. I’m now up and running with Acecard, Shaf even came to visit me in person to set the machine up for me and to talk me through how to use it.
