Daniel Silvester, who dealt with our enquiry was extremely helpful, polite and understood our requirements. The policy was explained by him in detail to ensure that we were able to make a good decision. This was concerning an insurance for an unoccupied property awaiting sale.

Shahid was professional and polite throughout. He answered all of my many questions and phoned back the following day to give me time to read through the documents. I had further questions which he was able to answer, providing written clarification as requested.
There was no hard sell that you often get with insurance quotes.

Absolutely no pressure from my customer contact Salem. He gave me all the information I required, and he was also patient with me as I had a couple of items to check before completing. First time I have used this company, and I was cautious at first, but soon put at ease. I was happy with the way I was dealt with, so I took out the policy on the spot. Documents and receipts were sent to me straight away and I was satisfied that I was correctly covered.
