Bike was made quickly available for collection ahead of Christmas after online order confirmation. Staff provided great after sale advice and support on brakes and made necessary adjustments.

The panniers did not fit my carrier - it did say fits most bikes. But not mine and unfortunately the stock at the local shop has very poor selection

Great Service for a Newbie!
First time buying a bike for myself and the customer service was really friendly and although they had multiple customers, they helped cater to almost everyone that needed help.
The employee helped me out even when I asked many questions and also helped me get a couple of things for my first ever bike. What a lovely bike store 👍

Charged me $5 more instore to 'sign up'…
Charged me $5 more instore to 'sign up' for 'membership' I already had for free online. A perverse reverse incentive that put me off 99 forever. Won't be back. Pushys are cheaper anyway without all the BS 'club' discount fakery.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with us, and aren't happy with your Club membership. While we offer our Club prices online to everyone, you do unfortunately need to be a members to get these prices in store (which is a $5 payment for a lifetime membership).

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, scooter was in great condition but I’ll be bringing it in for an exchange if possible. It’s much smaller then the child I bought it for.

Mitchell store great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff
This is my go to shop now for all my bike needs. Have recently brought Merida Scultura 8000E and just had the first checkup absolutely fantastic bike for the money. For coming winter brought a Wahoo KICR from this store too havnt had a chance to set that one up yet still sunny and warm so mostly ride outside for now.
What I like the most is the follow up from the staff at the store, for after sales service they call you up and make sure you are happy with the bike and service.
Keep up the good work guys and girls at the Mitchell store.

Almost great.
Half an hour after the online payment, the piece was ready. Only thing not pleasant, it was not in the original packaging, I paid for shimano, but there was no written, in the package (nylon bag) that it really was. I hope, and I think it was but ... the eye also wants his part.

Great service
Great service. Was so upset that I would have to miss riding for a whole week, surprised to get a call the next day saying they had fixed the wheel. This was despite the fact they were booked out.
Love my bike which I bought here and have had great service since.

Great service
Purchased a Norco Sight from here. The assistance from staff was excellent. They went through all the features of the bike, set it up for me for a test ride. Had the test ride and then they helped me adjust the dual suspension to suit. Overall a great experience and the staff were just great. Highly recommended
