It was easier than I thought and delivery was prompt . No signature was required as it was just left at the front door and notified by email that it was delivered.

Easy to understand and use. Won 2 bids. Got outbid on a other. The 2 that I won were delivered promptly.

A bit confusing. I received 2 order confirmations (with separate order numbers) but only 1 order went through. was a bit confused and couldn't work out how to sort this out online. 1 order was delivered

This is the first time i purchased a very good wine from Grays and I am very happy with the correct, fast and excellent service from purchase to delivery to my home door, with signature required. The product is excellent, the sale went excellent and the delivery time excellent.

The auction process was nice and easy (albeit nerve wracking). I had all the information i needed prior to bidding and was even able to go and check out the vehicles.
After winning I was again given all the information I needed. Was a great experience and I will definitely use them again

The overall experience is quite bad with this company.

They didn’t confirm with the seller like the car is on Grays hand or is the seller the owner of the car , they just listed the car on the price of $5 for auction when the car is sold at a very cheap price , I asked the company said I want to cancel the auction because the deal is too low. Their customer service is quite bad they ignore my request and go ahead with the deal.

This is a great auction site easy to use just love the items ive won arrive very quick cant bet the prices and if you need help the staff are awesome highly recommend i have brought a car and jewellery will always check to see what these guys have up for auction

False & misleading website "best value every time, sourced direct from manufacturers and distributors". I was the only bidder on 2 items with a starting price which was 3 times the "buy it now" price on ebay for the exact item with the exact same stock photo and exact same title description. My complaint to Grays went unanswered. Will be making ACCC complaint.

Very disappointing experience with Grays.

Raised a genuine concern after being advised registration would be transferred into my name, which any reasonable buyer would associate with a roadworthy-capable vehicle. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the response I received focused on threats of cancellation fees and account suspension.

Customer concerns should be investigated fairly, not met with pressure tactics.

Time has gone by and it has been more visible on the service and response level. Email has yet to receive response. Expired voucher from when it was received. A little bit of genuine care is needed. Thank you
