Just signed up with 4th utility with agent Hamid who was extremely helpful sorting out our Broadband. Unlike the overload of info online (and inability for some providers agents to spend time resolving needs), Hamid was patient, resourceful and clear regarding our setup, keeping things efficient and cost effective thus resolving our supply. Professional and answered all our questions thanks Hamid, much appreciated.

I recently switched to 4th Utility's 150Mbps Full Fibre package and have been really happy with the whole experience.

Chris Thorpe, the Sales Executive, was excellent from the start. He explained everything clearly, including the speeds I could expect, and there was no hard sell. Now that everything is set up, the Wi-Fi speeds are exactly what Chris said they would be – around 130–140Mbps – and the connection has been very consistent.

The installation took around 3 hours rather than the estimated hour, but the engineer got everything connected properly and overall I was very happy with the process.

I had been with my previous provider for a long time on Fibre 60. Although the advertised speed seemed fine, streaming services would randomly freeze or get stuck, which had become really frustrating. Moving to a proper full-fibre FTTP connection has definitely been worth it. Streaming has been smooth and the connection feels much more reliable.

The added bonus is that my total contract cost with 4th Utility worked out much cheaper than what I was paying before.

Really pleased with everything from the initial sales experience with Chris through to installation and the connection itself.

This is just personal feedback for Aneeq, not for 4th Utility as a whole; otherwise that would be a 1 star review.

He reviewed my account diligently, actually closed the account I had open with my previous address, made sure my £120 refund was processed (not £114 and also didn’t suggest that it’d be in my best interests to keep the money I’ve double paid on my 4th utility account as credit) made sure I understood the differences between the 2.4 and 5gHz channels.

I just want to re-reiterate that this is personal feedback for Aneeq and not 4th Utility as a business. I wouldn’t recommend 4th Utility to anyone, but would recommend service like Aneeq’s to every man and their nan.

The service was top notch. Taylor did all you could aspect and went beyond to provide the best customer experience.

Helpful, solutions focused. Gave tips to help improve my wifi connection

I had issues with router and outage of signal for a period of time. Evandro from Rise was great with troubleshooting issues and Fahad supported my account needs. 5* for both of these advisors.

I have been dealing with Anas Sawalim regarding switching from my current provider to 4thutility. He was very helpful and managed to apply great discounts to my offer with them.
